They sat the next couple and gave them a menu. We heard them order food. We said to the employee "Sir you said no food only drinks yet you just took their order". We were walked out. When we were seated at Le St Fernand, who's food was Very good, we looked back at the restaurant and saw more people seated WITH FOOD. I dont know if we were rejected because we are black or Americans. It definitely wasn't because of dress code for we were better dressed than most of their customers. I was sitting outside and he came out and asked if I needed another drink, when I said yes please, I followed it up with I have had a rough day. Don't know why I said it, maybe because I needed to vent. He returned with my drink and a kind gesture from the heart. I saw it as a quintessential part of the hospitality business. He saw a customer who needed to be heard and lifted up in the moment and delivered with kindness and empathy. Merci beaucoup; Viva la France!

Our server was attentive and checked on us. This place isn't fancy, it's a place to come and feel comfortable. And how great was it for us who live in greater Tampa Bay, FL that there was a signed Steven Stamkos TB Lightning jersey on the wall right next to our table. My wife always tried something new and it always tasted fresh and delicious. The owners and waitresses were always friendly. We got along great with them because I'm also Argentinean :). They always remembered us and asked about the baby and made us feel right at home. Give them a try, you won't regret the experience. By the way these are very strong drinks, well worth the $13 euro price tag. A guy then went to the small corner piano and began playing live music on a Wednesday night at 11pm!
