However, I needed some simple x-rays of my teeth and either the x-ray holder was TOO BIG for my mouth or the "hygenist?" was placing them incorrectly and they wouldn't go in. I said, OW. YOU'RE HURTING ME. So she shoved harder and started fussing like a 2 year old. I said, STOP. THEY DON'T FIT. DO SOMETHING DIFFERENT. She stamped her feet, fussed like a baby and said, so you are refusing the procedure? NO, i said. IT DOESN'T FIT. DO SOMETHING DIFFERENT. She called in another staff member to complain that i was Un-Cooperative or something. This staff member did NOTHING USEFUL. Didn't even speak to me at all. 1st woman- then braced herself like she was pushing a bolder up a mountain and began SHOVING the appliance back into my mouth. It still didn't fit. I was in so much PAIN that i nearly jumped out of the chair. Almost to tears, the 1st highly trained and skilled "hygenist" finally brought in Dr. Cheung. I told him the appliance didn't fit in my mouth. Please do something different. He immediately told them to do the xray a different way. No problems. It was done in a moment. Professional. I DON'T BELIEVE that the xray film would not fit in my mouth with the application of even the slightest professionalism or patience or that ANY of the fussing and violence to my mouth associated with getting the x-ray was even necessary. Any person even remotely interested in actually getting the job done- would have accomplished this simple task with almost no trouble at all. This female hygenist and the staff in general are Stunningly Brave, absolutely Beautiful, perfect in Every Way and are obviously being oppressed. Please don't change a thing. As for me, i will wipe the blood out of my mouth and apologize for existing.

Solid Yelp reviews, super friendly when scheduling and I had no issues with my appointment. They even called and offered sooner dates when they were available. This was already a hundred times better than the few dental offices I worked with closer to home. Heck, before I even arrived I was already pleasantly surprised. Next, the office is absolutely beautiful. I loved the giant saltwater fish tank in the lobby and the jams they had playing were my favorite. I hadn't even opened my mouth yet and I was happy. My dental hygienist was super sweet, attentive, and informative. I especially liked how she walked me through my xrays tooth by tooth. I've never felt so informed. They had televisions to watch during cleanings but I opted for my favorite crime podcast and popped in my headphones. They all seem happy to be working at this office. I'm a woman and I prefer female dentists and hygienists and that is what they offer here. Anyone can go but this place just feels especially for the girlies. If you know, you know. I get my cleanings and checkups and I get masseter Botox done. I grind my teeth at night when I sleep and this has helped me stop without the need for a night guard. The prices are reasonable and they have an in house membership plan that I use. I've been to a lot of dentists but this is my dentist now and I'll be going here until the wheels fall off.

Hands down - the best practice out there!…read more Every visit is excellent. I just had a filling done and there were no needles - the local anesthesia was just right. No gratuitous numbing, just enough to make sure I felt nothing - within 45 mins I was back to normal as if I never went to the dentist at all! Dr. Gavin and her team are incredibly professional, competent and current. I like going to the dentist now! The office is beautiful with pretty champagne-gold colored chairs and a clean and cozy waiting room with free coffee and bottled water. They have a flat screen TV with Netflix that they can position in front of you while you're getting work done if you want. Dr. Gavin and Mary Kay get a special shout out for discovering I might have an obstructive sleep disorder and encouraging me to get tested. I listened to them and it turns out I do have a severe condition. I was losing up to 30% of necessary oxygen intake while I slept! I'm so grateful to them for discovering this and now I'm in such a much better place getting the oxygen I need. I drive 35 mins to get to there and back because I live downtown. I don't mind at all, they're totally worth it!! **Their office is in the Mount Carmel Health Center in Lewis Center - a state of the art wellness center that has a restaurant, gym and other facilities.

And not even two years having them and her veneers fell off already and we went to fix there and they charged $300 . We weren't happy but we paid and fixed. And after few weeks later her Denture one of peace fell off and we went to fix for that and they tried to charge money $360 . I said "no,no" They should fix for warranty. My mom spent over $12000 there for three years and she didn't have any implants or any big jobs. We didn't want to pay and if we don't pay they aren't gonna fix that. That denture should be last more than two years !! They have an other doctor and even doctor don't stay there practice . We've been going there three years and every time doctors changed !!!
