This location is easy to access with a parking lot right out front. I recommend bringing your project in on a flash drive in a number of formats in case you need to make changes. They called earlier in the day upon receiving my order to tell me that they did not have the gloss card stock that I requested when I placed my order online, but that they could switch it out for matte card stock. I said that was fine. One hour later, my postcards came out beautiful with excellent color and cutting. I appreciate the fast service and good customer service. They refuse perfectly reasonable donations. For example, I brought in 6 clean, completely working florescent shop light fixtures with bulbs and the guy manning the donation door refused them. When I asked why he said they only accept new, in the box LEDs. Seriously?! This was just this week. I've seen this attitude over the past 2 years with other attempts to donate. Inside, the store looks like a mash-up of a used furniture store, a Goodwill with books and dishware, or Olle's inventory overruns; and less and less like a house restoration store with used tools and hardware. Oh, they don't accept wall tiles and ceramics any more either. But if a shipment of trampolines or yard furniture show up, they'll sell them!
