My hubby and I ended up purchasing a large amount of office furniture, most being reasonably priced with a few surprise sale items that weren't advertised until we got to the check out. When the time for prints to be ready said near end of day I panicked because I needed them within about 2 hours. I called up and got to speak with the Supervisor, Sierra, who was an absolute pleasure of a human!She was super kind, professional and easy to talk to. I explained to her my need for the prints and that I was worried I wouldn't be able to get them in time(which is my own fault). Sierra told me to give her until noon and she would have them done, but they usually take up to 3 days depending on what you need done. I was so so happy that she heard me and did what she could to go above and beyond to make it happen by noon, knowing full well she could have told me that it's the way it is. This location is easy to access with a parking lot right out front. I recommend bringing your project in on a flash drive in a number of formats in case you need to make changes. You can also upload your file in advance if it's really large. If you're working on behalf of an organization, be sure to bring your tax exempt paperwork or ask if they have it on file already.
