In all seriousness, I called these folks a couple of days before I need a *huge* order done. They walked me through the process of submitting my docs online and promised to have the work done the next day for pick-up. I'm not lying to you--I was seriously in tears with stress and anxiety before I called them, and they fixed everything. I dealt with one representative the entire time, which made things way easier for me. I only had to explain what I wanted once and that equals priceless-ness. The only things I wish I could change would be: - the distance from my home. It's a bit of a hike from Ohio City, which kind of stinks. - price. It's premium, but then again they are super fast. - Better proof readers. Can you please have someone look over the files to make sure there are no misspellings or errors? They actually printed my order with an error which I had to pay more to get reprinted at Kinkos, who also gauged me for tons of money.

This location is easy to access with a parking lot right out front. I recommend bringing your project in on a flash drive in a number of formats in case you need to make changes. You can also upload your file in advance if it's really large. If you're working on behalf of an organization, be sure to bring your tax exempt paperwork or ask if they have it on file already. They refuse perfectly reasonable donations. For example, I brought in 6 clean, completely working florescent shop light fixtures with bulbs and the guy manning the donation door refused them. When I asked why he said they only accept new, in the box LEDs. Seriously?! This was just this week. I've seen this attitude over the past 2 years with other attempts to donate. Inside, the store looks like a mash-up of a used furniture store, a Goodwill with books and dishware, or Olle's inventory overruns; and less and less like a house restoration store with used tools and hardware. Oh, they don't accept wall tiles and ceramics any more either. But if a shipment of trampolines or yard furniture show up, they'll sell them!
