I called the CAFE EUROPA and thankfully Johan, the Owner/Chef had my purse. Food is terrific there! While I was on the phone with him, he took my purse next door to the UPS Store and I arranged to have it shipped to my home. The wonderful employee at the UPS Store CINDY, boxed and shipped it and I received it ONE DAY LATER! Cindy even called me yesterday to make sure I got it off of my front porch! We were receiving late fees on auto pay. Stay away!! they have horrible customer service.. We also received a late fee for a space we vacated in January. There was once someone at the Euclid location, but she is no longer there. We have been told a Regional Manager will reach out to us with no calls at all. We have contacted BBB and hope not to contact our attorney.

There was never a person in the Willoughby location throughout December. We began receiving emails and extra fees for late charges upwards of $300, without any explanation or breakdown of fees. We finally found a person on site January 3, 2024. Our payment was located amongst other checks on their desk. The December payment was posted, however, the late fees were not removed because they needed to clear through their "supervisor". We informed them we would no longer be keeping our trailer here and left with trailer in tow We are still being charged for these late fees, and today February 6, we received an email that they were putting a lien on our property and putting up for auction. Our trailer has been in our possession since January 3, plus they were informed in-person, by letter and email that we were no longer going to rent a space. The customer service has been unbelievably poor. It is near impossible to speak to anyone about this. Phone calls have never been returned. We will now be contacting the BBB and our Attorney. Then I get information not for a fridge scheduling but for an AC which I have interest in, but is low on the priority list. I really need this Refrigerator fixed. After waiting until 8, I am told to call the next day. Punch line, can't reach anyone at the number the next day. We run an office with lots of suites. We want to help our tenant out. But if there is no one to talk to how do we get that done?

They refuse perfectly reasonable donations. For example, I brought in 6 clean, completely working florescent shop light fixtures with bulbs and the guy manning the donation door refused them. When I asked why he said they only accept new, in the box LEDs. Seriously?! This was just this week. I've seen this attitude over the past 2 years with other attempts to donate. Inside, the store looks like a mash-up of a used furniture store, a Goodwill with books and dishware, or Olle's inventory overruns; and less and less like a house restoration store with used tools and hardware. Oh, they don't accept wall tiles and ceramics any more either. But if a shipment of trampolines or yard furniture show up, they'll sell them!
