Amazing dentist! I've been going to Dr. Dulay for years. She's very caring and takes the time to explain what is going on with my teeth and then explains the logic/reasoning of what shes going to do to resolve any problems/concerns that she sees. Also during any dental procedure she'll talk during it and make sure you know what she's doing before doing it and what the sensation should feel like. This all helps make you feel relaxed, comfortable and know what to expect during any procedure as it's happening as well. All of her staff is also very friendly and a personable as well. I was playing in golf charity event for the Sunrise chamber of commerce. Dr. Dulay and her team were vendors at the event offering to spin a wheel to win. I spun and won a whitening. I obviously thought it was to get me in and then sell me everything under the moon. To my surprise when I got there they took a look and gave me a free cleaning prior to whitening since I had one over 6 months ago. I then explained that my other dentist had been pushing me to get a deep cleaning which is very expensive. Dr Dulay had my gum/teeth measured and took 4 xtray all free of cost. Instead of the expensive deep cleaning she said says lets do cleaning more often and see how it progesses and if needed only do the two areas instead of the entire mouth which my other dentist instisted upon. Although its a long drive for me. I will absolutly user her and her team going forward. Another obversation, These days most medical/ dentist office seems to be uncaring, rushed and worse of all very unprofessional. Oh this dentist is amazing. The work is beyond what you'd expect. The office staff is so nice, it's definitely top tier customer service all the time. Dr. Dulay is fixing the issues I've avoided for years because of previous dentists. To actually have a conversation with a dentist for the first time and have her explain everything to me, make sure I was okay during procedures, eased my anxiety. Going to the dentist is necessary - especially when there's pain - but who looks forward to seeing their dentist? Well...I do. But I have good reasons: Dr. Dulay took over my dentist's practice when she retired and I figured since Dr. Dulay graduated from the Goldman School of Dental Medicine at Boston University and participated in their Advanced Education in General Dentistry program I'd give her a try. Looking back, I stumbled upon one of my best decisions! Over the past 10 years my family and I have come to LOVE Dr. Dulay and her team and here's why: Training and Skill: She keeps learning by taking courses in general, orthodontic, cosmetic, and sedation dentistry - so she can provide me with the most current treatment options. I am very uncomfortable with getting injections - who isn't, really? - but Dr. Dulay has a very steady and strong arm so she delivers the medication very slowly so it actually doesn't hurt - amazing! Care: Dr. Dulay opened her office when it was closed on the weekend TWICE - once for my dental emergency and once for hubby's. (The office voice mail message includes her cell phone number for those who have true dental emergencies.) During procedures she checks on me to make sure she knows if I am uncomfortable or in pain. She cares about my physical comfort and emotional well-being. Years ago I had a string of very upsetting periodontal surgeries/procedures and I became nervous about dental experiences. Dr. Dulay was gentle with me because she understood that I was emotionally fragile. She was so caring about me that in time I bounced back and no longer feel so insecure about going to the dentist. Her team respects me and my family - they are courteous when discussing follow up appointments, payments, etc. Communication: She has personally called to check up on us after dental procedures. She explains everything to me so I am aware of what's happening - she discusses all options and possible outcomes so we can partner on a plan of action. Personality: Dr. Dulay is a kind-hearted, empathetic and integrity-driven person. She cares about the people in her life - case in point, for a while she didn't take my insurance but she offered to charge me the negotiated fee schedule that my insurer had with in-network dentists. She has shared things about herself and her family and I've been touched by her complete commitment to love and care for them. She is very humble and - no pun intended - makes me smile! read more

Wish I could give a truly accurate review of this dentist, but two out of the three times I visited this office for cleanings and check-ups, she was not even present! The first time I went to the office, I had a consult with Dr. Dulay. She was professional, friendly, and seemed to know what she was doing. I never saw her again. The second time I went there was no dentist and the third time there was a covering dentist. I was never notified in advance. The hygienist gave a thorough cleaning. I just found her manner that be a bit harsh. She also prescribed things that my current dentist said were unnecessary. The physical office is beautiful and spotless. The front desk staff is very friendly. I did have some issues when I wanted my records. The process was more inconvenient than it had to be. They made me come to the office in person to sign for the records to be sent to my new dentist. They really could have just emailed the records to me and I could have forwarded them. I also found out the X-rays were sent in a very haphazard manner that made it difficult for the new dentist to read. Perhaps Dr. Dulay is a fabulous dentist. I'll start off by metioning that the two front desk associates were absolutely amazing. Sometimes it's a little scary doing dental work because of insurance but these folks were not only professional and clear about my coverage, but they actually let me know prior to going into my appointment about what my coverage was. That's really important to me. The cleaning was next to none. Anthony was also extremely professional, kind and really knowledgeable about dental care. I felt very comfortable with asking a million questions, as I haven't been to the dentist since COVID-19 started. Anthony was very thorough with the cleaning and gave me some useful tips for keeping up my flossing at home. Now moving onto Dr. Dulay. My appointment was at the end of day so I expected that there may be some rushing and there was, however, Dr. Dulay was very precise with her recommendations. She was also very through with her examination and I didn't feel like there was any overselling on minor issues. Her bedside manor was star quality as well. Lastly, let's talk about cleanliness in times of COVID. The office was clean upon walking in and the waiting room did not have more than three people at a time. I could see the dental associates change gloves periodically and I actually saw an associate retap equipment with a blue tap in between patients. This was really impressive to witness. I would rate the office a 10/10 for keeping up with sanitization and cross contamination prevention. read more

Beware of her pricing. I went for an estimate. They were very thorough taking many pictures and x rays. Kind of uncomfortable that they speak Spanish right in front of you because they think you can't understand what they are saying. She quoted me $6,000.00 for deep cleaning, 2 crowns and a root canal that she said she was 80% sure I needed (didn't need one turns out). I was paying cash and she said her prices are her prices I guess that meant no discount for cash. Well I went to another 5 star dentist I found on Yelp and guess what 2 crowns, deep cleaning and no root canal needed for $2,750. The work was done very well and the dentist was great and she saved me $3,250. read more

My first time there and it was great. Even before my actual appointment Jamyra was wonderful with calling and letting me know that my X-rays were in (from another dental office I went to) she called to let me know when my appointment was. I even got a text letting me know the date & time of my appointment. The day of my appointment I was a bit nervous but as soon as I walked in Jamyra (front desk) knew who I was. She was very welcoming and friendly. I was then taken on a tour of the office by Marisol she was welcoming and friendly as well. Marisol took me to an exam room I was seated and she then proceeded to explain to me the instruments and the exam that I would be getting done on that day. I was also given a gift for being a first time patient which was a bag with Dr. Dulay and Associates logo along with a card welcoming me as a new patient. The dental assistant Pilar then came in she also introduced herself asked me how I was doing and what brought me in today. She also explained to me that I had a computer screen in front of me so that I could view my X-rays along with Dr. Dulay. Pilar engaged in conversation with me and let me know that Dr. Dulay would be in shortly. The wait wasn't long. Dr. Dulay came in and introduced herself, asked me about myself etc. She then examined me and explained to me my options for the procedures that I would need.
