Did not have a good experience at this office…read more Brought my daughter in for a consultation due to her not having enough space to allow two of her molars to come in. I was given a treatment option that would give her the space she needed to allow her molar to grow in. The doctor kept insisting that she would "need" braces because she has a slight overbite. I insisted that for now we only wanted to do the work that is NEEDED which is accomplishing the space in her mouth for her molar. The doctor would not agree to do the work that she actually needs unless we also agreed and paid for braces. Keep in mind my daughter is only 11 and has time to get braces later on when all her teeth are in. I have NEVER met someone so interested in money or the way she put it "Getting perfect teeth". The staff are very friendly and always make my daughter feel comfortable. While you wait, they have a machine that serves hot chocolate, cappuccino, espresso and regular coffee for free. They also have free cookies! When the kids check in, they have a sink with disposable tooth brushes that have tooth paste built into them! So if your kid forgets to brush their teeth, they can brush when they get here.

They never have availability and refuse to work with their patients in both emergency and non emergency situations. i asked for an afternoon they said they do not provide services in the afternoon, asked for the morning said they do not have a doctor in the morning asked for next available they said they didn't have anything and "I don't know what to tell you that's just how it is" I have at this point spent 8 months attempting to get seen to have my attachments removed so that I can use a new orthodontist but they are unavailable and I now have had to spend an additional $100 for my dentist to remove them. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere unless you want a treatment that takes 6x as long as it should.
