Friday afternoon almost noon. I called and was told to come in at 1:30 pm. I arrived about 12:10 pm because I had no where else to go. I only sat there for about 10-15 minutes. They took me be back in the chair and fixed the crown. I was out the door by 12:45. Shout out and big thank you to Italy, Archie and Tundra! You all are great.

The Dr's "plan of action" was thousands of dollars in work to remove and/or replace teeth use a new crown to replace an existing one, etc. etc. Told him I came in for the the pic and rinse cleaning and a prescription for my abscess. He said it would be "unethical to do that". LOL! Unethical to his pocket book. My insurance would have covered very little of that jam job recommendation. Which is unethical to my pocketbook and I am the customer! Ya falla boyo? I had the work done elsewhere I won't be back. Stay away! This dentist has one goal - stuff his pocket with cash!

I had gone to my other dentist two weeks prior and he didn't notice them. Dr Yap takes time to explain everything including the costs and his equipment seems to be state of the art. I recommend the VIP membership because you pay a flat fee and it covers the cleanings, x-rays, dentist consults and even gives discounts on the work. Bring your own headphones during procedures unless you like 80's music.

Dr. Warner was working in the office before purchasing it circa 2008/2009. I was a regular patient, with two check-ups and cleanings per year, plus any other maintenance work, which was always minor. In 2016 I moved away. However, the only thing that one can depend on in life is constant change, and I recently relocated and was able to start seeing Dr. Warner again. His office and staff are well organized and put their patients first. Dr. Warner welcomed me back, gave me a full exam with the most state-of-the-art equipment, and explained the concerns he saw. We looked at the pictures together and everything made sense. I chose to have the work done immediately, followed by a routine cleaning. Dr. Warner is warm, and welcoming and has a wonderful way of interacting with his patients.

The night before I was to see him the next morning, he called to tell me that he was no longer in my plan's network and that I would have to find another orthodontist to complete it. He's professional, thorough, friendly, and genuinely one of the best hygienists I've ever had. My experiences with him have always been excellent. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was extremely disappointing and is the reason for my low rating. I was moving out of state and specifically scheduled a Saturday cleaning appointment before my move because I knew I would be losing my dental insurance and would not have coverage in my new state right away. I received an email prompting me to check in online, which I completed. When I arrived for my appointment, the front desk employee with short black hair informed me that my appointment had been canceled because they had called the day before and I did not return the call to confirm. I was never told that failing to return a confirmation call would result in my appointment being canceled, especially after I had already checked in online. I was told there was no one available to see me and no effort was made to accommodate me. After being a patient for two years, I found this incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I've never encountered a policy like this at any dental office. What made it especially upsetting was the timing. I was in the middle of relocating out of state, and missing this appointment meant I was unable to get my teeth cleaned before losing my dental coverage. It created unnecessary stress during an already hectic move. Toby deserves five stars, but the way this situation was handled by the front desk left a very negative impression.
