My child and I had one of the worst nail salon experiences we've ever had. Ever since this salon changed management and its name, the quality has gone completely downhill. I had been a loyal customer for years when Nina owned the salon, but I will never return under the new management. From the moment I called to make an appointment, I should have take that as the first red flag. The female employee taking the call struggled to understand what I was saying, even after I repeated myself several times. She never even asked for my name before "scheduling" the appointment and told me she'd be doing my nails in replace of Nina. The male technician who sits at the front right of the salon at table #8 was extremely rough with both my child and me. While doing my child's nails, he made several of her fingers bleed and then aggressively pressed oil into the cuts instead of acknowledging what happened. She was in pain the entire time she said. When he did my fill, the experience only got worse. He repeatedly drilled and filed into my skin and underneath my nails, put his long fake finger nail into my cuticles multiple times breaking the acrylic from my skin, gripped my hands and fingers painfully tight, and constantly jerked and pulled my hands around. He also couldn't understand what I was asking for, which led to an argument with another employee before he literally yanked my hand away from her. By the time I left, my fingers, hands, nail beds, and even my joints were aching from how rough he had been. My child and I sat in the car afterward and cried. I've never left a nail appointment feeling scared, sore, and upset before. It was an awful experience, and we will never return or recommend this salon to anyone. If you choose to go here, I would strongly advise avoiding the male technician who sits at the front of the salon at table #8. read more

I came in today for a full set. I asked for short natural gel builder French tip. I never got the manicurists name but maaaaan was she fast, which I'm not mad at! But I feel like she was just pulling her own strings and doing her own thing. She never asked me what color I would like my case to be and ended up using a builder gel already tinted pink (very NOT natural) so I had to work with that as my base color whether I liked it or not. Everytime I asked "am I ably to file my nails shorter, or make it less boxy, she would just look at me, look at my nails, and then start speaking to her coworker. I feel like if she asked me questions along the process rather doing her own thing; I wouldn't have to voice myself so much :( I'm not from the area & needed my nails done desperately but I definitely won't be coming back. Had to go somewhere else to get them more natural/less thick/fix the shape. read more

The salon is very clean and quiet, which I do appreciate. I felt like the service was average. If I'm going to get the most expensive pedicure, I would expect my water to be hot the towels to be hot and the massage and foot scrub I would've liked to be longer and more aggressive. I prefer not to have a manicure done at the same time as a pedicure. I like to relax while I'm getting a pedicure not rushed through both at the same time. Would I come back? Okay I'm going leave a 5 start because this place has cut my daughter and sons hair and both turned out awesome! I didn't leave a review when my daughter got a hair cut which was about 2 months ago but her hair has been looking so healthy since the stylist cut it! I wish I knew her name I forgot but she was so friendly and patient with my daughter. Now for my son he's only 1 year old. He has really really really thin hair almost looks bald lol He has never got a hair cut by a stylist and today when I took him in Marisol cut his hair and Omg to say she did amazing is honestly an understatement! She literally took time to make sure my son was comfortable and familiar with the noise and movement of the clippers. She gave my son a little toy and comb to keep him distracted the whole time. She was quit as well which was a plus! She did so well with him and I appreciate that! I'm definitely going to keep coming to get his haircuts here from now on! The first time i came to the salon for my son to get his hair perm it went well and they were able to squeeze me in even though he was only scheduled for a hair cut. The next day his perm fell out and lashawna was able to set me an appointment to fix it and she honored my purchase and i was thankful. Now i have a huge issue with Vickey. I believe she is very irresponsible. I had scheduled an appointment with her 3 weeks in a row and she kept cancleing on me. For those of you who know teenage boys, know how difficult it is to get them to get a haircut let alone get them a haircut that is acceptable to still attend Sunday dinner at the grandparents home plus have a "cool" haircut. huge misunderstanding. I asked for ALL OVER PROCESSED hair BE CUT OFF-THEN PERMED. Operator cut off what she wanted, despite my instructions. I stated grey AND white rollers, she used white. In order to make sure the perm took, I left with my hair wet. Perm was gone before 1 month. Numerous attempts to contact new owner were ignored, then one call back stating he would call back shortly,....3 days later I called salon again only argumentative in nature. Owner claims mfg of perm product recommends no re-do for SIX MONTHS. I have disputed this charge on my credit card for $70.00 of the $82.00.
