Paid for the service call, told part would be ordered. That was 6 weeks ago. I have called numerous times, even stopped at Johnson Mertz and asked for help. Was told they would try and call me back. No help, no call back. I will not consider another appliance purchase from Johnson-Mertz without any 'after sale' service. We buy high end appliances and will look to Minneapolis for our next purchase. Too bad, so sad.

Their only service provider blamed the install crew for the functionality of the washer and the washer itself for being a "piece of junk". I use it correctly but it makes a grinding noise. The service provider for repairs is unavailable, probably not skilled at equipment failure, and unwilling to repair. He also was unprofessional on the phone.
