Robert instantly gave me a "guesstimate" over the phone and said he went a little higher just in case. I really appreciated this because I knew how much I was going to spend. Like all other places Robert did say they were busy but could set up an appointment - but I wasn't in dire need of immediate assistance so I told him to let me know when was good for him. He told me over the phone that when they had a job in my area they would call me. It' literally only took a few days after and they called me to confirm a good time the following day and they showed up exactly when they said they would. Now me being the person that I am, found some extra stuff and told them when they arrived at my house. It was really nice they didn't charge me too much on top of what they originally quoted me.
