I called last Saturday and when I asked the guy what times he had available, he told me that his crew could be at my door in an hour tops and that they could give me a no commitment estimate. The guys showed up in exactly 36 minutes, and they gave me a very reasonable estimate, when I ask them what their availability was, they told me "right now". So dump squad showed up to my apartment just to take out some furniture BUT as they were arriving the man who I had paid to assemble the new furniture told me he was unable to do the job as moving the box of the tools for the couch into my apartment was not his job. The guys from dump squad SAVED THE DAY. They said they could assemble everything I needed plus they took the couch out and even assembled a table for me as that I needed! Quoted $125 over phone. Told 1 pm same day pickup. 1 pm not here yet. I called and was told they had me down for 3 and would call me back. Never called back. 3 pm rolls around and still no junk company. Call again and they say 4. Finally arrived after 5 pm. Tried to up the charge to $175. I refused, they still made me pay more than the original quote at $145. Did they remove my junk? Yes, but I'm sure there's a better way. read more

Had a pickup scheduled for 9-10 this morning. At 10 I called the office to figure out where they were. I received a call back that they were at the dump and would be to my house within 45-an hour. Ok. At 11 I call again, wondering where they were. I was told they were 20 minutes away. Currently at 11:30, nobody has shown up to my house for a pick up time that was originally 9-10. Assuming someone eventually shows up, this review may be modified. However, I would not recommend the service to anyone who doesn't have all day to wait for people to pick up things they already do not want- thus making the hassle of moving even more stressful. read more

Very unreliable and rude. I scheduled an appointment to pick up and dispose of the furniture. I asked if they are going to send me an appointment confirmation and Sam gave me his word that they will be on time and they will call me at 8:30 am. Nobody showed up at 9. After numerous calls, I was told that they don't have an ETA yet. In the end, I was told: "to go fuck myself and find another company for garbage disposal". If I could give no stars I would. This company is awful. I booked pick up one week in advance, booking by text with photo was really easy and the price was good. Contact was friendly. A week later no one shows up. I contact them and they say they'll find out where the team is. I hear nothing. I contact again and they say "didn't some one call you?". I say no and then I hear nothing more. I ask them to call but no response. I try to call but there is no answer and the mail box is full. This company let me down badly. However, Sissy the service cordinator was able to keep me informed of my pickup status and remained polite and proffesional. Furthermore, during a shift-change, Sissy informed her replacment Crystal of my situation; Crystal was just as friendly, polite, and proffessional. Reasonable price to unload a couch and some large cardboard pieces from new couch, all of which were left by a botched IKEA delivery/ old couch take away. Unfortunately I have nothing positive to say about this company. If a zero stars would be possible, I would give it. After calling 3 times to ask for quotes for a dumpster, I received 3 completely different quotes pricing. When I finally spoke to Daniel and reserved with the original quote I got, the delivery was scheduled. Company did not deliver dumpster on date on contract nor was I informed of any issues related to my delivery being delayed or not arriving at all. After I called at 5pm asking for my dumpster delivery status, they informed me the truck broke down and delivery was not happening that day. The delivery was rescheduled for next day in the morning. Once driver arrived next day, I requested an exchange for a large dumpster as the one that arrived (late) was too small. The manager claimed he gave me the dimensions of the dumpster which was a lie and told his secretary that he would cancel the order and charge an "inability to deliver" fee of $200 despite that my request was to upgrade (not cancel) to a larger dumpster hence an exchange at my cost. I was willing to pay a re-delivery fee and the difference for a larger dumpster but he refused to provide this service and instead wanted to steal my money by canceling the contract. This company is unreliable and unprofessional. WARNING! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. In response to the reply: I was never notified nor do I have a calls or email from your company about the dumpster not even arriving on 1/10/20. I AND ONLY I had to call and find out what happened. Your dispatcher never mentioned to me about a $200 fee despite being in the contract because after speaking with Daniel on the phone, she in fact agreed to redeliver a 20 yard dumpster for next Friday and only asked me for a $125 redelivery fee plus $100 difference for larger dumpster. After I mentioned the terrible and unprofessionalism your company had and speaking about a review is when you through your dispatcher attempted to force me to write a good review about your company or no bad review at all. Reviews are so people can write their experiences not to be forced by your company. In your contract it states we can exchange the dumpster which is what I attempted to do for a larger one but again you refused to charge me a $200 fee. read more

DUMP SQUAD junk removal is awesome. We moved into a new home and had a bunch of stuff that was left over by the previous owners and we needed it to be removed.
