The owner (Nicole) does not know how to talk to or deal with customers and argues with them even when she is clearly proven wrong. This company threw away our personal recycling bins, it was caught in our ring camera. First, she said that her employee took it back out of the truck after he threw it in (which of course isn't on camera) and then she switched her story and said it was my neighbor throwing my bin in the trash truck () when the video clearly shows it's her employee. She is saying I am withholding the full video but I sent her a screen recording of my ring app of three videos back to back of the incident and no bins are in site in any video after her employee throws it in. Ring doesnt have access to anything beyond what's recorded in my app and she started sending screen shots saying there is more when there isn't. you'd think that a local, new, business would really want to provide good customer service but she obviously doesn't care. all i want is a reimbursement for the bins or a month of trash service free ($25, which is the cost of new bins) but she is insisting she is right and I am getting no where with her. 0/10 i definitely recommend Republic over this literal TRASH service. read more

We needed a dumpster for a home project so we were getting prices. Most were way too expensive. I found Dumpster Diverz on line and sent a message. Nicole called, quoted a fair price, more than half the price of all the other quotes. She delivered the day we asked her to, made it clear what we could not put in the rolloff and picked up the day after I called for pick up. We will use them for future projects and recommend them. read more

I would NOT recommend these guys. First they were 5 days late in delivering the dumpster, then we filled it up in 2 days and told them they could pick it up. After numerous text's and phone calls (their answering service is always full), about 3 weeks after we told them to pick it up, they finally got around to swinging by to pick it up. By that time our neighbors had thrown some trash in, and it was overfilled and they wouldn't pick it up. Also they said they don't take appliances, which is NOT on their prohibited items. So we went out and leveled it off again, and then texted them, because that's the only way we could get a hold of them, and it's been another 2 weeks, and they it's still out in front of our house.
