He and his team were able to assess the issue and see that the toilet needed a wax ring replacement and was a much smaller issue than I originally thought. This dumpster has been sitting on my street, full, for over 3 weeks now. The dumpster was requested…read moreby the City of Chicago to collect street cleaning debris. The company knows that it is supposed to come pick up this dumpster, but for whatever reason they haven't done it. It is stinky, unsightly, and taking up precious parking spaces. I called the company to figure out what's going on and they said they haven't been able to pick up the dumpster because there's not enough empty space around it to retrieve it. Seriously? If you managed to park it here, then you should be able to pick it up. This is the city, where people park on the street. If you cannot pick up a dumpster that's parked in the middle of a block then don't park a dumpster in the middle of a block. Or better yet, stick to jobs in the suburbs. Hopefully the City doesn't continue to use this company for street cleaning jobs.
