( the plumber identified and repaired the leak, in a timely manner, and for a reasonable price) We contacted Trojan Flood and Fire the same day, since we now have a huge hole in our living room and quite a bit of ceiling that needs replacing. 3 or 4 days later, without a call back, we called again and were able to get an appointment. Troy, who we believe is the owner, came out and assessed the damage, told us what would need to be done, and that he'd send us an estimate. Here we are, 4 weeks and 4 conversations with Michelle in the office later, who promised to get an answer as to why we've heard nothing, gotten no estimate, etc., and we still have not gotten a single callback. Meanwhile, we live with a huge mess, a hole in the ceiling, the surrounding ceiling collapsing, and another month of furniture covered with a tarp, waiting for the restoration company that never returns.
