I had previously left a bad review because of an issue with the dumpster being picked up super late and I had a POD being delivered. Today, I received a call from Jerome Campbell who asked me what happened and also apologized personally for what had happened. I really appreciate the care and time they took to reach out personally. It shows not only that the value their customers but want to make it right. I deleted my review because of this and I will be using them again, and I have recommended them to family/friends. I have never had a company reach out to me personally to make amends and for that, will always use this company. Their website is super convenient to use. You can schedule, book, pay, and even has a feature on there where you can place a rectangle (the size of what the dumpster would be) on your property where you want it to ensure it's dropped off in the right place. It's super easy to use. I do wish they had gps tracking on the dumpsters for an estimated arrival or at least a general idea i.e "arrival estimated from 1:00pm to 4pm" instead of just "it could be anywhere from 6 am to 6pm... but it's not a huge big deal! It's been over 2 weeks since they picked up the container and my credit card just got charged an extra $70 for the dumpster "exceeding the weight limit" when we didn't even fill it to the top. This company is terrible. My client sold a home in Garden Grove and the company was supposed to pick up the dumpster before the close of escrow. Now they are saying they cannot pick it up until at least two days after close of escrow. Meanwhile, the new owners cannot get their truck in the driveway because Dumpsters.com will not remove their dumpster. Buyer beware, this company is a joke, and one I would not trust to take out my garbage. By the way, I spoke to their customer service, and the woman acted like she had zero compassion for the problems they were causing. I just saw your answer below. It will do no good for you to identify the case. The house is in Garden Grove, and the escrow closed yesterday. Your dumpster will be there at least until tomorrow, preventing the new owners from moving trucks into their driveway to move in properly. Nice try at acting like you care, but the damage has already been done, and you cannot go backwards and undue it. The proper action would have been to remove the dumpster when your company was supposed to remove it, BEFORE the close of escrow. read more

Do yourself a favor and avoid this company and order a dumpster directly from a reliable dumpster contractor. These guys are just brokers and aren't providing any value. I ordered a dumpster from dumpster.com that was supposed to be delivered on a Friday for a 10 day rental and received confirmation on Thursday. Waited all day on Friday since they said they have no way to provide an ETA. The dumpster never showed up and I had to pay a fee to the crew that showed over the weekend just to have them rescheduled. I contacted dumpsters.com over the weekend and they said they can't check status with haulers until Monday. On Monday i was told they would extend my dumpster stay to 14 days so it will arrive in the middle of the week to make sure it arrives by the weekend and have it for a 2nd weekend. Called on Wednesday because needless to say it didn't show again. Waited on hold for 30 minutes and finally answered and forwarded me to someone who disconnected the call. I also called the number of the manager, that told me to call him directly if it doesn't show by mid afternoon so he can call and check on it and he never picked up the phone and no voicemail. Now I have to try and cancel and get a refund and start over again with a reliable dumpster contractor. Update: finally received dumpster and they gave me a larger dumpster. I filled it up to the top with nothing exceptionally heavy, just junk. They picked up the dumpster on schedule and then charged for 2 tons. Anything that goes over the 1 ton they charge extra. So don't think you can fill it up for a fixed fee. Buyer beware and read the fine print. They won't tell you unless you ask. read more

They are very organized: first they sent the email to give them a review, a week later they sent a notification of charging my card for being over the 1 ton limit. No I didn't abuse them, I simply filled the dumpster with a hide a bed and office furniture. I book a 15 cubic yard dumpster bin but they only send us the 10 cubic yard dumpster bin(2ft * 18ft * 7.5ft), I called them for 2 days and they insisted that is 15 cubic yard bin even thought I told them to calculate according to above size. After that, they told me that the manager will call me but ends out no one is calling us for 2 days already. Our contractor have to delay work for that. The company is set up with various departments that can only perform ONE task.... so to get full service addressed you have to be transferred around to 5 different departments and be on hold for hours..... The best part is their statement on their website, stating they use "The latest technology" yet they can't give ETA's or confirmations when dumpsters are dropped off/picked up..... what kind of technology are they claiming to use if they can't get that information in this day and age.... ridiculous! I rented a dumpster from Dumpsters.com. I asked for a 10-yard dumpster. They had none available so they gave me a 30-yard dumpster at the 10-yard dumpster price. I asked for a Friday delivery date so I would have two weekends to fill the dumpster. It was a 10-day rental for $399. They missed the Friday delivery. The dumpster was delivered on Monday. I called to complain about the late delivery. They extended my rental to 14-days at no additional charge to ensure I would have two weekends to complete my work.
