The quality of services provided are more than any other dry cleaners I have ever been to. Items are given a look over and sweater are even given a de-pilling. They even sewed a missing button on my husband's shirt. if an item needs more attention, they can do that for a nominal charge. They made my long wool coat look like i just bought it; well worth it. Because extra attention is given to items, turnaround time is not the next day; it is 2-3 days out, or will ask for more time if extra work is needed. They do provide a rush service if possible for a small rush fee. Also...The seamstress on staff is highly experienced. Turn around time is good, but does get back up during the holidays and wedding season...so make your fitting appointment early. My dress looked like it was custom. I did read some reviews and what a couple of the low reviewers wrote, and that is not the norm, a random happenstance. Nothing has ever happened to my clothes, they always come out beautiful...but if it ever does, I know they will try to make it right. I do recommend this place.

Maybe it's time to actually fix my home laundry system and save some $$$. And I always check how much time in the dryer they are giving and I was not given the correct amount of dry time. I used the big one & it says add $1.10 for another 10mins. I was on 30mins of my drying time & it only added 8mins. That's NOT OK. I really just might not come back. Prices and timing is so bad now compared to when I first came... Anyway... here's the listed prices of drop offs. I took this picture 04/02/26; same day as I am writing this review.
