Even though their prices are a bit high, I trusted them with my cleaning after having bad leaving a…read morecleaner in Huntington Woods (which I went to after leaving a cleaner in Birmingham ruined a coat of mine). That Huntington Woods cleaner ruined a shirt of mine by melting a couple of buttons which were mother of pearl and replaced them with a cheap button. I gave that a second chance until they were charging me to dry clean for shirt that can be laundered (which is on the tag). They had no exceptions for my shirts so I left for Belding. Later, I later I found out they are affiliated with the Birmingham cleaner. Unfortunately, with my last order, they ruined a button on my shirt which is also mother of pearl (sounds familiar). Suspiciously, I looked at the bottom corner of my shirt and saw a sticky tag. This tag contains an id (believing to be a customer id) which is what the last cleaners did and this tag is a pain to remove. Sadly, this lead me to believe that they most likely sent out my shirt to be laundered and may be affiliated with the 2 cleaners listed above. Sadly, I need a new cleaner.

When I pick my shirt up it was pressed with almost no starch when I asked for heavy starch. I could have done better myself even though it was only $2. its the principle of the matter. When I complained to her about the quality she shrugged her shoulders and said meh...what do you want?....I want what I paid for ass.
