I had this company come to fix my pool issue that was under warranty from Pentair. I was unhappy with the pool builder so I opted for Brian's Elite to do the warranty work. I had an issue with a Pentair waterbowl niche light and had to jump through some waterbowl removal hoops to get them to replace it, but they did a good job nonetheless. I had an issue with my spa heater not turning on and called Brian's Elite. I am not sure of the name of the guy that showed up but, he changed a setting on my pool automation and it was fixed within 5 minutes. It was not a warranty issue and I never received an invoice. Great Job on this! They are very responsive when I call them and have a great office staff, unlike my pool builder which was Missing in Action. I am giving this company 4.5 stars and detracting 0.5 stars from the waterbowl hoops I had to go through realizing that nobody is perfect and I want to give an honest review of my experience. A new pool was installed in my home in Delray Beach. I have a Pentair control system that controls the pool lights, temperature of the pool and the spa, the pumps, and other items for the pool. There is a main unit where the pool equipment is located and a remote unit that is wired in my home. The remote unit wasn't connecting to the main unit and I made a service call to Brian's. A technician came to my home and discovered that between the remote unit and the main unit, there must be a break in the wire. Rather than call an electrician to troubleshoot the wiring, I asked about a wireless unit. The tech informed me that a WIFI unit was available and he quoted a price and I agreed. Shortly thereafter, Kassandra in the office called me and confirmed that the unit was ordered. She called again when the unit arrived and we agreed upon the installation date. The same technician who visited my home the first time returned, installed the wireless unit and it works great. i moved into a new home where the pool heater needed to be replaced. I had done my homework really well, looking at social media as well as checking companies listed on Better Business Bureau. I only wanted quality and good support and i hit both with Brian. I dont want to hear that he doesnt support or call people back or do quality installations which i think someone had mentioned. Brian was great......he worked with me on a fair and reasonable price; he scheduled the installation quickly and did great quality work. Neat and clean and paid attention to detail. After the installation i tried the heater for the spa and the spa warmed up in like 40 minutes which Brian said should only take like 15 minutes. I called him up, he came very promptly and found the issue on one of the pool valves that just needed to be switched into the on position. I can only say Brian was great to deal with.
