I was referred to Sturgeons by another optician who said they might be up to the job. The fellow working the front desk said they could find another earpiece but it might not exactly match. Go ahead, I said; I'm trying to see, not look perfect; but I bet a lot of folks do have vanity about these things. Quickly within 10 minutes, they replaced the ear piece and my specs were good as new--for only $10! The bonus: the waiting room had a book by a West Virginia poet, Kirk Judd, who I'd personally hung out with at bygone writers events! I dare other optical offices to match this one!
