Quoted a price of 35 dollars hour for 1 person & 60 a hour for 2 people (When it was time to pay she tried to rip me off & tell me it was 60 just for her lol "Thank God I was messaging her through YELP") Then she tried to say she charges more for Post Construction! Read your messages Laura, the rates u provided me was for Post Construction!!!! 3. I had to bring her a Mop & Bucket (WTF) 4. She was the worst cleaning lady I ever hired! 5. SHE TALKED TOO MUCH! Overall she tried to Rip Me Off & she didn't really clean anything! There was still dust everywhere! That vacuum she swears by, she should throw it out. I think Laura was definitely in over her head. What I got was the opposite, they left the apartment dirtier than before! One cleaner showed up with her teenage son, who was shirtless and sitting in the middle of the apartment when we arrived. Despite charging me for 8 hours, they stayed for 4 hours stating it's a team of 2 professionals... When I returned after the cleaning, most of the apartment was UNTOUCHED including basics like the vanity or appliances! I brought this to their attention and they sent the team back but I wasn't there. I came back the next day to find a horrible smell, and the toilet had been used and left unflushed, with pee stains on it!!! Absolutely disgusting, the apartment was more unsanitary after their visit than before!!! I reached out to the company and their customer service rep Julie tried her best, but ignored my request for a refund. No response, no accountability. I paid almost $600 for this nonsense!!!
