The short of it is they're a top notch, quality service. The longer of it: The cleaning itself is excellent. David's staff is really thorough. We have a decently sized two bedroom apartment and honestly no corner is left untouched. I don't own a pair of white gloves but if I did, no doubt their dusting prowess would pass the test with flying colors. Because of my schedule I haven't met any of the cleaners personally, however my wife has said they're really friendly. We recently used Thorough's concierge service, specifically pet care and they were just as good as the cleaning. Our cat is special needs and not only requires heart medicine every day but also an inhaler - not an easy task. David handled it all with no problem, even driving probably a good 30-40 minutes in inclement weather to take care of him. Which leads me to just the general service and attitude of David. I can't say enough. From the start he was really accommodating. We had a sickness in the family and at the drop of a hat, we could rely on him for basically whatever we needed and he was always happy to meet up for key exchanges, etc. Just generally a really nice guy and that certainly shows in every aspect of the business. She can't wrap her mind around the fact that people live with physical disabilities that she has not had yet and subjects them to humiliation last minute intentionally.
