I have never believed in chiropractic care but wanted to stop this terrible pain I woke up with on Monday morning, this was now Tuesday afternoon and it wasn't getting better. I asked the ladies I worked with if they knew of anyone that was good and Duncan Chiropractic Group was recommended. I looked them up and found that they were just around the corner, had many high ranking reviews, opened until 7:00 pm and same day first appointment available! So I called told the nice lady what was going on, she asked when would be best for me, I told her I got off work at 6:00 pm, she said no problem, we will get you in here at that time for your first appointment! I have been under the care of the chiropractors and massage therapists at dcg for almost 10 years. As a chiropractor myself, I would never go anywhere else for chiro or massage care. The docs are a very talented and highly educated group. The massage team collectively possesses more knowledge, experience and approaches than you'll find anywhere. The combination of chiro and massage is done at such a high level at dcg. Most chiro offices don't offer massage or they don't stress it much. Most massage offices or spas don't even offer chiro so the way dcg stresses the shared benefits of both is truly unique and in some ways ground breaking. Love this chiropractic group. Our family has concerns with joint stability due to issues with connective tissue. So we do not like being twisted and pushed into place. When I found a chiropractor there who was educated in this genetic issue I was elated. She became my sons regular chiropractor. But then she moved to a different practice. I was so upset. I expressed my concerns to the front desk about getting new doctor because they may not understand my sons medical needs... they made sure to pass this info along. His next appointment was with Dr. Tagai (sp?) , who got my message about my concerns, he then did research and educated himself on my sons condition. Always a great massage. Shout out to Katarina specifically, but everyone is super! I usually see Dr. Mercier and recommend 11/10! But if he isn't available, all the docs I've seen are fantastic. I was a bit of a skeptic and even a little scared when it came to chiropractic care, but after just a few weeks, Duncan did more for the pinched nerve in my neck than almost 2 years of pain management care which included three injections done under anesthesia. I've been on a maintenance track for over a year (coming in for adjustments and massages a time or two a month) and have been virtually pain free. I cannot say enough positive things about this practice, the staff and especially the doctors! They are kind and knowledgeable, the office and staff are progressive, clean and welcoming and the care exceptional. Dr. Hilton has cared for my two daughters and myself and has been an integral factor in getting us all to 100 percent; my youngest twirls baton in college and my oldest has been a competitive cheerleader and cheer coach all her life. They both had issues that were resolved at Duncan and my neck strain began to feel better after only one visit. I suffered many sleepless nights for months with sciatica nerve pain. I tried stretches from the internet, pain killers, heating pad, ice, massage therapy and Medical Marijuanna to manage the pain, nothing worked. After seeing their ad at my local theater I decided to give Duncan a chance. I met with Dr. Ouillette and agreed to a treatment of five visits. After three I was able to sleep through the night and by the fifth I was pain free. Turns out my pelvis was out of alignment. I continue to have adjustments once a week to keep things aligned. I'm so impressed by how quickly they get things done. My appointment was for 9:15. I showed up at 9:11 and they were ready to take me back before I was finished signing in. I was done by 9:19. Waited maybe a minute for them to take me back for my hydro massage. And ten minutes later I was done and making my appointment for next time. I've never had a problem getting an appointment exactly when I need. And Dr. Solverson is very nice and explains everything he's gonna do so you're not taken by surprise. The only way I can describe Dr. Ouillette is that he is a miracle worker! I've been coming in when I get headaches that are unbearable but the last time I came in, he asked about my back and if I had any issues. I told him that I was struggling to get out of bed in the morning but thought it was my mattress or just that I am getting old. Dr. Ouillette did an adjustment on me that not only took away my headache but also took away my back pain in the morning! So happy with the results! Also, the office personnel is amazing. Almost always has same day availability. Lots of doctors which means that even if one isn't the "right" fit for you there are still many other providers you can try. The office staff are very friendly and overall they do there best to help each person in the office. There are a lot of massage therapists too which means you can get the right fit there.
