Since the treatments were not covered by insurance, I eventually stopped. I had been in for physical therapy a few times and they have well-trained, knowledgeable staff with plenty of equipment to speed your recovery. Their physical therapists have always been professional, pleasant, but firm in helping. And if you follow their instructions and do the exercises they recommend, you should get the results you want.

I walk into this place and was greeted by an Asian woman in a revealing pajamas dress(not professional attire) It was already weird but I gave it a chance. I pay then I was escorted to the room which was nice and clean. While I was undressing she comes in and ask "are you looking for massage only" I asked her what did she mean and she starting making a j*cking off gesture and asked me if I wanted that. I told her no and I just wanted a massage and then she left the room. I started putting my clothes back on and told her I'm about to go and then she gave me the refund. As I was leaving her other worker came out with lingerie type outfit and told me to stay. I just walked out and left to find another place. To sum everything this is not a place to get a massage, this is a prostitut*on place.

They said this is so they can stay on track and get more people in(at least they were honest). So they say 5 to 7 1/2 min before and after is to get dressed undressed. I've have probably close to 100 massages at many places this is the only place that you don't get what is advertised. Everywhere else I've been a 60 minute massage last 60 minutes and a 90 last 90. Although massage was great I probably will not return as I'd rather get my money's worth at a spa that truly gives 60/90 min massages massages.

I had what you call a big scare where it appeared as though something was in front of my liver. I then called my PCP and told her what was happening. She sent me to get some x-rays, not a thing was wrong. This really pissed me off. PLEASE DOCTOR DON'T TAKE X-RAYS WHEN PEOPLE HAVE PICTURES ON THEIR SHIRT. What you are supposed to do is tell a person to wear a plain shirt. When I went for my x-rays at the hospital, they made me put a gown on looking at everything from the waist up. Jesus! this is definitely not cool. Other than that the Dr. was very cordial and nice.

From music, massage and pet therapy to an incredible care coordinator, rabbi, and legacy book writer, we took advantage of everything we could for my dad when we were told that his time left with us was limited. Rabbi Rachel, especially, provided so much empathy, care, and advice for my family during an extremely difficult time. My dad is the most resilient, miraculous man I know and he defied the odds and is still with us today... almost a full year after we worked with this organization. So, we're no longer using their services at the moment, but I would absolutely attribute some of his recovery to the wonderful hospice team, and I will forever be grateful for the legacy book that we have to remember my dad for years and years and years to come.

We saw the therapists three times a week for six weeks. Therapy was excellent and we were also given exercises to do at home during the therapy and after completion. This is our second time with this clinic. We are senior citizens and between the two of us, we have had physical therapy in 11 places over the years, and ATI is by far the best. There was a great variety of exercises and close supervision to make sure they were done right. This in sharp contrast to many other places where they give you the exercises and then leave you alone to complete them. Massage therapy was also done and was great. Emily was great as were the other staff members. We highly recommend ATI in West Bloomfield.
