He did some stretches and movements of my knee and found my IT bands to be tight running down my leg and connected to my knee. Then we did some stretches I could repeat at home. It was instant relief! ABOVE AND BEYOND! The Guy actually had me record him doing the stretches and explaining what the stretch did and what i should be feeling thru the stretch. Dr. Greggory explained everything very thoroughly which i really like and appreciate. He came off like a personal trainer stretching and explaining.
