They just happened to be the company that installed the original unit in the house also, so that's a plus. Our homes unit is 20 years old and I figured they'd tell us to get a new one, but that isn't the case. It was the exact opposite. The technician informed us that it's running very well. It was refreshing to have that kind of honesty in a company these days. That is why I called them and no one else for the other house we bought. We gutted the house and needed a new a/c. I called and spoke to Virgil, who came right out. I told him that I was impressed with the way the technicians don't just try to sell you on something. He said that is how his company does business. Love it! Again, he was honest and told us that amazingly, the duct work in the other house was great and we didn't need to replace it. He told us once we had the drywall installed, to call for installation. He had given us a nice quote, good for 90 days and he honored that. We happened to pass a Vermillion truck on the road and called the number. They scheduled with us, came right out, and didn't try to scam us. We told them immediately they were hired. They came out and started the work, but once they dug, they saw some of the lines were encased in concrete. So they had to come back a couple days later to finish. Charles are Brian are consummate professionals, being as careful as possible with our property - let's face it, the yard is gonna get torn up a little - but most of all, making sure to do the job thoroughly, all while being super nice, even in the pouring rain.
