No the vehicle was not purchased here, however they did replace the transmission as it still had the Chevy warranty. Called service dept and told them the transmission was going out again. They said they could not tell me over the phone if the warranty was still active so I had to bring the vehicle in. So drove so slow to get in there on highway and then they tell me they scammed it and it was the transmission and I would need a new unit. Well duh that's what I told you. I was then informed it would be 6,000.00 and I said I'm no I'll just have the bank come pick it up. Because this is the second Chevy transmission not only on the Silverado but my suburban as well. So I told them I would come pick it up. Well I did and they charge me 150.00 to plug it up and tell me it was the transmission when I already told the dude that what it was.
