I would not even give a 1 star. This place is absolutely terrible. They replaced the transmission in 2018 on my Silverado truck. No the vehicle was not purchased here, however they did replace the transmission as it still had the Chevy warranty. Called service dept and told them the transmission was going out again. They said they could not tell me over the phone if the warranty was still active so I had to bring the vehicle in. So drove so slow to get in there on highway and then they tell me they scammed it and it was the transmission and I would need a new unit. Well duh that's what I told you. I was then informed it would be 6,000.00 and I said I'm no I'll just have the bank come pick it up. Because this is the second Chevy transmission not only on the Silverado but my suburban as well. So I told them I would come pick it up. Well I did and they charge me 150.00 to plug it up and tell me it was the transmission when I already told the dude that what it was. I have recordings of phone convos of anyone needs it and a pic of receipt I'll post. read more

Possibly the worst dealer ever. All the cars and trucks are over priced compared to other dealers in Roanoke. I sold them my truck, and its been three weeks, and I still have yet to get a check. Do your self a favor and stay clear of this outdated dealer. read more

I purchased a vehicle last fall (2021) to have something dependable to drive my elderly (age 88) mother around in to all of her medical and therapy appointments. I wish now I had kept my old van. I bought a 2015 Acadia with all the bells and whistles, used, and on that cold, rainy Autumn day, I took it for a test drive and checked everything I thought I needed to. I trusted this company, I had dealt with them before many years ago and a friend had recommended a certain sales person. I overlooked that the tires were half worn but much to my surprise, when I turned on the AC to use it for the first time this season, it didn't work. I have tried to contact them and get no response. It's going to be around 3000.00 to fix it which I cannot afford. So now, I have to drive my poor mother around in a car that we are both burning up in, she has asthma and Fixed Airway Disease so this is miserable for her. The windshield washer fluid pump never worked either - I thought it was just empty so I went and had it filled but nope, that doesn't work either. I'm so upset at this situation - I feel very taken advantage of. I'm in an upside down loan situation and all I want is to get rid of the dang thing. They may look impressive as you are driving by but please, keep on driving by! read more

I asked for them to provide pictures of underneath the truck for any rust. Stating multiple times that I am coming from over 3 hours away and don't want to waste my time. The pictures they provided showed no rust, so everything looked good at the time. And they said the truck was in great shape. Truck looked great from the outside and test drive on local roads went well. So went along with the purchase. That's where it all went downhill. On the interstate, the truck nearly shook itself apart, jumping all over the lane. I had to keep it under 55 to drive safely. Called the dealership about this and they said to take it to my mechanic to see what's wrong. Dropped it off, and the next day the mechanic calls me with the list of things that are in dire need of repair.... $12,000 in repairs needed. To top it all off, he tells me that it all mostly needs replaced because the rust was so bad. And that the rust had been sprayed over with paint. How did this even pass their service department before going out on the lot? Provided the list of things needed to be replaced, along with the fact that the damage was concealed with spray paint. They have been silent for a week now, with me reaching out multiple times. Only to be told that the manager will get in contact by the end of the day. RUN, don't walk. RUN away from this dealership if you're buying used. This appears to be pattern with them. Please take heed of this warning. Or at least have a good lawyer. Tldr: dealership advertised the truck as in good condition. But it had been spray painted on the underside to conceal damage.

As far as Towing, I have had two cars towed by them and the drivers were always great. I also…read morethought they may be good for auto repairs and have had cars to them at least 4 times. Prices seemed high but I figured for the convince of location was worth it. This is until the last time I had a problem. Coming home from work the car lost power and called for a tow. When he arrived he put on the jumper cables and sparks flew out like I have never seen from just a jump. Battery would not hold charge and he said he thought it was the alternator-so had him take it to shop and install new alternator. Got car when when finished and went to work. That night, the exact same thing happened and same driver came and tried to jump and more extreme sparks out of battery and this time he said that "the battery is to small for the car" so back it went and had new battery installed. This time when I picked it up the windows, radio, rear break lights and dash board lights were not working. Back to their shop it went. I called the next morning to check to see if it had been looked at and was told "havnt had time" waited a day and still nothing so i just said forget it and picked it up. A co-worked said "it sounds like he fried the battery and/ or blew fuses when he jumped it". So took it down the road to another mechanic and he fixed it within 2 hours and said the TOTAL CAR CARE seemed to have blown the fuses when jumping,and said I probably didnt need the alternator nor the battery- they are crooked and overpriced

The company they sent the u-joint off to, or AA Automatic Transmissions. All I know is I brought my truck into them for a u-joint repair and less than a year later the u-joint is bad again. This is my first and only yelp review because I lost $600 on this.
