We had a contract with them. They came out and sprayed two years ago. We were assured that time it had taken care of the problem. A few months went by and we started feeling weak spots in the floor. We found termites in an adjacent building and called them. They came out and inspected that building and went under the house to inspect it. We were assured there was no termites. The weak spots in the floor continued to get worse. We had a foundation company come out and inspect our foundation. They informed us there was nothing they could do as there was widespread termite damage in key areas under where we said the weak spots were. We called Duncan again. They sent a guy out who took a video. He said he would show it to his boss and they would get back to us. He also informed us that he didn't see any termites while he was down there. Duncan never called us back. I had to have that section of the floor replaced. While the subfloor was being pulled up we found live termites. The damage to the subfloor and joists was extensive.
