We ate dinner there and waited to place our order, waited for drinks, burgers were overcooked, and all three burgers were gone by the time the mustard we requested made it to the table. We made the mistake of eating at the breakfast buffet the next morning. We waited 25 minutes to be seated, while staring at several (not sure if it was 4 or 5) empty tables the entire time. Once seated, it was another 20 minutes before anyone stopped to take a drink order, and then another 10 minutes before we received our bill. My family will never return to this location.

The initial service was acceptable, though the car was dirty with fast food garbage and cigarette butts, and the driver would not answer my daughter regarding payment. They were booked and given the flight number for the return trip but they never showed up at the airport and left my daughter stranded, having to find another way home. Though they are supposedly a 24hr service, they couldn't be bothered to respond to my daughter's phone calls and text messages from the airport. They finally returned her call 4 hours later, after she had already found a return ride with much better service. And then they blamed her for the payment issue when it was their driver who wouldn't answer her inquiries on how or when to pay. I would definitely NOT recommend this service to anyone.
