When asking the front desk if housekeeping could please replace them, the same rude desk clerk proceeded to hand us the sheets and we were told it was up to us to put on the bed. We have stayed here previously last year with no issues. Needless to say we will not be returning. Very disappointed, disrespected and fearful of what we saw. We ate dinner there and waited to place our order, waited for drinks, burgers were overcooked, and all three burgers were gone by the time the mustard we requested made it to the table. We made the mistake of eating at the breakfast buffet the next morning. We waited 25 minutes to be seated, while staring at several (not sure if it was 4 or 5) empty tables the entire time. Once seated, it was another 20 minutes before anyone stopped to take a drink order, and then another 10 minutes before we received our bill. My family will never return to this location.

From the Orbitz review, it's pretty good. It's on our way back to Cincinnati, so it's convenient. To my surprise, the hotel is pretty good, the bed is comfortable, the sheet is good quality, pillow is comfortable, also have fridge and microwave in the room. They also provide free breakfast with sausage, eggs, yogurt, waffles, banana and apples, pretty adequate for a breakfast. I'm very happy for my choice.

Upon arriving, there's no one at check in. They leave your name and room key in an envelope at the front desk. I guess I'm not use to this, but it was late and I just wanted to get into my room. I had a room on the 2nd floor. It was great and very comfortable. Lots of space for 1 person. The room had a mini fridge that had several water bottles, sodas, fruit, yogurt. It was very accommodating that they provided that for their guest. One evening it was raining and I was caught in the rain.. my clothes were drenched and I decided to do laundry. It was very easy to use and I found it super convenient. I loved Hotel Sterling and will probably be back when I'm in town again.
