The car technician said the whole cover needed to be replaced and we can't do that today as we don't have the parts on us. Then they charge $85.19 to tell me they can't fix it today. I could have done nothing at all and had the same outcome... The people were nice, nothing against the guys working. Very helpful at the end of the day but $85 to do nothing and charge tax twice on the receipt and a card fee when I paid cash which I mentioned and he said nothing about. CRAZY :/

Took my car there and it took several months before, I finally realized they were never gonna do the work. They had the audacity to be cross with me when I finally had it towed out of there. I am simply contemplating crushing it and never buying another one because there's nowhere to have it serviced in Winston Salem. When I hear all of these Jolly stories of how successful they were and their experience being so extraordinary. Leads me to believe that they are posted by employees or friends and family.

I was told that the fee is included in repair price. Well it is added to repair price. There is two diagnostic fees since they had to go deeper? That's a thing I guess. After telling me what the best course for repairs would be I was told it would be $1900 plus tax to replace 4 coil packs which I just replaced 4 months earlier but they said they were bad. I also needed some new clips due to age deteriorating plastic. This was what the two diagnostic fees said I needed. Well the next day the car still didn't work right. I was told that I could bring it back but there would be another diagnostic fee!!! No break, not even an I'm sorry we got it wrong. $2300 dollars out the window and I'm back where I started.
