Called to see if they could check my car out, they were able to see me same day, I dropped off and they called 3-4 hours later with a breakdown of what they found. My favorite part was that they didn't look for things that didn't exist, they didn't do a bunch of stuff and then bill me without asking, and they even said that it didn't NEED to be worked on, but could if I wanted it to be. I made the mistake of taking my car to Mavis Tires because they had a sale on tires and alignment and I was on a very tight budget and the guy tried telling me he could not do my alignment without replacing the alignment bar and ball joints which would have cost me $1000. I called Dawn and she told me to bring it in so they could check it and Rich had a look and said there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. They are both incredibly honest, kind and understanding. The work done is always top notch. They are both very concerned about safety and will tell you if anything looks like it needs to be replaced in the future including about how much longer you have until it needs to be replaced. I've taken my car here for years. The work hasn't always been spot on but they would always make it right eventually. I received a lifetime warranty on the front end repairs and I called them today because the paint on my bumper is bubbling and peeling. I was told my warranty was null and void now because the guy who ran the body shop portion of the shop retired.
