JC has nearly 30 years of experience, and he took the time to explain everything, address my concerns, and answer all my questions. His price was also very reasonable compared with the quotes I received from larger companies that morning. JC used my VIN to make sure he had available the correct glass for my 2025 Toyota Tacoma TRD. We even compared the manufacturer information on the original windshield and the replacement, and they matched. I was especially nervous about the front camera and safety sensors. -- Since the object struck nearly on top of the sensor (pictures below). JC explained the process, checked everything after the installation, and made sure there were no errors or warning lights on my dashboard. We tested everything before he left, and the camera and sensors worked without any issues. I'm really thankful I found JC online. I explained to them that I need to fix the chip so I don't have to go through a claim process with my credit card, because who wants to really go through claim processes? Nobody. They haven't even installed the new window yet and I had to come on here and write this review because they are awesome! From the first phone call I knew I wanted to do business with them. Michael, who answered the phone, was so nice and funny. Had the best sense of humor. He had me laughing the minute he answered the phone. Then he switched me over to Cody. Cody, too, has the best personality. I told them that I had a broken window in front of my house. Cody was able to come by within just a few hours to look at it. He measured and did his thing.
