Blue star called me and gave me a quote for $360, he explained that most businesses use the camera recalibration as an excuse to up charge and that he wouldn't be disconnecting any wires when replacing my windshield. I was a bit skeptical at first, I was worried I would have to go get my camera recalibrated. (I have a 2022 Honda Accord). It's been 2 and a half weeks since I had it replaced and I've had no issues, camera still works just as good! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a cheaper alternative than giving your money to the dealerships. The second appointment gave me a 12-5 service window, and I didn't receive a call until 2:30 PM telling me they didn't even have the glass. I wasted half my day waiting because there was an utter lack of basic business practices and communication with customers. What's most frustrating is how unbothered everyone seemed. Other than an apology, there was no urgency, accountability, or real effort to make things right. At some point, apologies stop meaning anything when customers continue dealing with the same problems repeatedly. Customers shouldn't have to rearrange their schedules multiple times because of poor planning, lack of communication, and operational failures from a national company that should know better.

They have been working in the industry since 2001 and their experience shows. I scheduled an appointment and the installer came out a couple days later. He was very nice and completed the job in less than 1 hour. So why 2 stars? My rear view mirror shakes. Not just a little, a lot. I called a couple of times and was eventually able to speak to the installer. He advised me he probably didn't slide it down far enough ito click in. He told me to try to do it and call him back if it dIdn't work. I couldn't get it to work and don't want deal with calling over and over at this point. I'm not sure if the window is just poor quality or what but I know the mirror didn't shake before. I'll figure it out even if I need to get another company to look at it. If there wasn't a problem with the mirror, I would have given 5 stars. Update to 4 stars since I finally got the mirror to click in. Can't give 5 stars because I had to deal with it!
