Matt quickly made a thorough inspection of the house inside and out, and found and blocked all the places around the eves that the mice and/or rats were likely gaining entrance. Great Local Family Business. I had a problem with rodents in a crawl space and a wasp nest in an exterior wall. All the technicians are truly knowledgeable and have an eye for detail. They clearly explain and SHOW you what they are finding and how they plan to handle the pest problem. I like that they took the time to communicate their intentions in steps to tackle the problems over time, as my pest situation is not a quick fix. A little over two weeks ago, Shane of Dungeness Pest Control came to treat my property, inside and out, mainly for ants and wasps, but also spiders and rats. Right away I noticed MORE ants boiling up in my kitchen sink, and a persistent warren of wasps under some backyard stairs was sending out attack teams. Shane arrived a little early with a smile on his face at the end of the day. He was positive and was understanding of our desire to keep our valuable Orb spiders safe in our garden. When I called Dungeness, I got a response within 24 hours from Hunter. Moreover, he was able to come out to my house on a Saturday and start services. Within an hour he had found and rid our house of three wasp nests (Yuck), put down DOG-FRIENDLY chemicals to get rid of the ants, earwigs, and spiders. John White was very professional and polite, his pest control service was a good value and we had been trying to find a company that would come out and check for rats without success. His inspection was thorough and so was his application of plugging possible openings to our crawl space and bait setting. He also checked for ants and spiders and other insects. Brian provides quarterly check-ups for us. The most recent visit, in February, revealed no significant issues. He sprayed cracks in patio where ants appear in warm weather.
