We were happy to have Luke come out to help us deal with the rodent problem as he answered our call promptly. However, after that we never heard from him again. He was promising a quote... And I called him after a week saying we really needed to deal with this issue quickly but now three weeks later and we have yet to see that quote or get any help. Luckily, Dungeness Pest was available and has been fantastic to work with and our problem is well on the way to being solved. read more

First off, please disregard the negative review below. I scheduled Luke for an initial visit and he was nothing but kind and professional. He made sure that by the end of his visit, I had peace of mind that my pest issues were going to be taking care of. Kind, professional, and effective is how I would describe Luke's business. I would recommend his business to everyone (by the way, if you happen to live in Forks, he can serve you too). Call Luke! and he's there, bringing tremendous knowledge of pest control of many varieties. I really appreciate that Luke uses pest control fluids and powders that are not as toxic. I had an immense paper wasp nest inside one of the exterior walls of my house that I had been avoiding dealing with, knowing that the longer I waited, the bigger the nest was becoming inside that exterior wall! The hardware spray poisons didn't work because the house itself was their nest, and I couldn't spray inside the small crack (their entrance) in my house's exterior wall. I Call Luke!, and he came over within a half hour. He was so familiar with this issue that he had the right tools in hand. He explained why and how these chemicals were effective. In 20 minutes, tops, he had treated the nest a few times through that small crack and written my receipt. As part of this service, he will stop by to confirm that the first treatment did the trick. At least 1 or 2 more treatments are part of this total package. If I chose to, I could arrange a contract with him to check monthly for a year. In contrast to other area pest control companies, Call Luke! offers awesome customer service to help out the little person, who doesn't need a contract. I only need a one-off to bump-off these paper wasps. Huzzah! read more

Luke did an excellent job treating my residents for spiders.. he did so well that I called him back 8 months later to treat for fleas he was thorough, professional and knowledgeable about The targeted pest's.. Luke also suggested changes to allow me to keep from having other pests as a problem like not feeding birds which would attract rodents Repairing the crawl space access door to keep rodents at Bay and trimming back my bushes to keep ants off and out of my house, I am thoroughly impressed with the level of service I receive from Mr. Groves and will use his services again in the future read more

Luke does nice work. He makes appointments in advance, arrives on time, and gets the job done...all at a reasonable price. He is conscientious about the performance of his work. Luke has tremendous knowledge of the pest control process, and in my experience he has always used safe chemicals that are not toxic to humans or pets. I recommend Luke without hesitation. Luke was amazing. My grandma called my mom in tears because she had a ton of ants in her kitchen. My grandma is in her late 80's and does not like bugs. We called and left messages for 2 other companies before we called Luke. He answered right away and was at my grandmas house within an hour and had it all taken care of. My grandma said he was wonderful and made her feel comfortable. One of the other companies finally called 4 hours later and the other one the next day! We were so thankful that Luke was able to take care of my grandmas ant problem so quickly. read more
