Most companies were charging an arm and a leg for a one-time service or they required us to be on a monthly subscription with them. Eastside Exterminators were able to not only do a one-time rodent removal but also schedule a follow up inspection without us being on a subscription AND they were able to do it TODAY AND they did it all at a fraction of the cost that everyone else was quoting us. The first service included a full home inspection, which was scheduled about 6 or so weeks out for today. I did not receive a confirmation of the appointment so telephoned the office this morning. The company has no record of me. Instead of apologizing for an unfortunate error, the person who answered the phone blamed me, saying I probably booked with another company and didn't remember. There was no offer to try again, in large part because the person did not know what services are offered.
