Kudos first to the Science Center staff, from Xander at the ticket desk to the folks working exhibits, the security guards, and finally the corporate staffer who opened the door after hours to help me find an object I'd forgotten, this is a group of friendly, competent, kind people who embody customer service. What a treat! The movie itself was enlightening and entertaining and the interactive exhibit further enhanced the experience. Returning to the Science Center will be a pleasure, made even more affordable thanks to the annual membership I decided to purchase. I look forward to going with friends and will encourage them to bring students, nephews, nieces, and grandchildren for a fun (truly fun) time.

The exhibits did not disappoint; they reminded me of the young, curious boy I once was. They also did a great job decorating for the party. It was a great time and an awesome experience.

I've been to my fair share of natural history museums, and while this one is compact, it is very modern and packs a punch! When you enter, you're immediately greeted by a giant dinosaur and that set the tone for the whole visit, I felt like I kept seeing dinosaur bones everywhere! It took me a moment to orient myself to the museum layout, but looking back it's pretty compact and I could've easily wandered and enjoyed most of the museum in a couple hours. I especially enjoyed how interactive the earth section was, and this is silly but sit on those rock-looking cushions - they are SO comfortable! The little planetarium area was also very cool, and I would consider seeing a show in there next time! The dioramas are by far the most beautiful/engaging I've seen, and with between the fish video cave and the outdoor animal area, I felt like I also got a mini trip to the aquarium and the zoo. Overall I had an amazing time and this spot is super baby/toddler friendly! Note: If you have ASTC membership, admission is included! As a non museum member, I'd recommend street parking. It's much cheaper than the flat rate garage fare.

There are SO MANY rooms and interactive things to do & keep busy! Ohio animals/bugs, planets, body system, fish, birds, coyotes, otters, etc!!!!! They have a movie theater that shows different short movies (~ 30-45 mins) & a planetarium - sadly we missed the shows for the planetarium... BUT we will be back!! We watched a T-Rex film that I will say, I thought was going to be dumb.... But again was actually so cool! Do not underestimate this museum! Plus Cuyahoga county residents get in for free on the weekends & according to their events page.. they hold SO many fun activities for kids and adults - like yoga! I cannot wait to come back & explore this place again (especially the planetarium) & participate in some of there events! Thank you for the sweetest staff & a great day!

I had family in town and their only request was to see the Rock Hall, so I made it happen. They are currently doing construction and we had to enter in a different entrance. The staff was so nice. The exhibits were informative and there was so much to see and learn. The interactive sound lab was a hit for young and old alike. I will be back, especially after the 2026 induction occurs and the exhibits change again. The gift shop was so fun also.

But honestly, we should have just saved our time and money and found a Hard Rock Cafe. It's under construction, which can't be helped. All the workers we encountered were very nice. And at first, the SNL feature on the bottom floor was cool-- it was fun to see costumes from the Blues Brothers, Wayne's World, etc. But it was so, SO crowded. There was almost no possibility of getting close enough to actually look at or read anything. At the same time, we were often pushed by the crowd into areas/displays we really didn't care about. Very frustrating. On the upstairs floors--well, there's not a lot. I took pictures of Kurt Cobain's busted guitar and a couple of Ozzy's coats. The rest was just-- meh. The gift shop was pretty extensive, but again too crowded. I don't expect a private experience or anything, but being able to look at merch without being touched would be preferable. Again, I'm sad because I wanted to love it. But I did not.

But the movie -- perhaps the dude who narrated it -- is just not my bag. Maybe it's the whiny little brother ... I don't know. The house, however? That's a totally different story. People line up here like it's the last place on earth. They dress up in bunny costumes and climb under the sink for photos. It's really cool to see this. Plus the place is nicely adorned with movie props. Only so many people can be inside the house at one time (fire codes), which makes it easier to grab photos. I'm told there is a line during the Christmas season, and that was certainly the case on my Dec. 24, 2025 visit. Good news: It moved quickly. There's a gift shop across the street, along with a museum, and the car and fire truck from the movie. For fans of this movie, this small block is Mecca.
