This location is huge and has metered parking right out front. Inside, you'll find everything Marshall-related you could ever want. As a medical student here, it's great to be able to walk in and buy merchandise specific to our program as gifts for my family and friends. I feel their prices are fair considering the high quality of the items, and they are generous in working with special sales-related fundraisers like the Class of 2021's scholarship fundraiser. Given the size of the place, it can sometimes be a challenge to find what you're looking for, though the staff is always quick to offer their help in hunting down that specific item you need. Overall, Glenn's is awesome and I am glad that Marshall works so closely with them rather than some big national megacorp. Kudos to them both! Overall: 4.5 stars ---- Pros: - Amazing selection of Marshall gear in a huge building. - Stellar service, definitely helps a lot when you know exactly what you're looking for. - Convenient location near Pullman Square. Cons: - Free parking would be nice, though I understand that if it were free it would make coming here far more difficult.

My boyfriend and I went to look around and buy a few things, he's never been to an Ollie's before…read moreand I gotta say it was probably not the best first impression. Everything was fine, though everything was extremely messy and cluttered. We were followed by an employee after we looped around the store to look at everything. It was quite persistent and discomforting to be followed (not so discreetly) by an employee, we had looped back towards the floor panels and rugs of the store as we're renovating a room in our home and wanted to see prices. This employee was on our behinds (to put it nicely) so we moved out of the way assuming he had to get to the backroom where there was a staff area. He had stood beside us for 2-3 minutes just watching us and then pretending to go through the floor panels. I understand staff must have precaution for customers stealing or causing issues as I've worked in retail for some years, but to be persistently behind customers and invading their space while they're just trying to shop and look around without any cause? Unacceptable. We will not be shopping at this Ollie's again. I will also be averting my friends and family from shopping here as well.

This store is small, conveniently-located and tidy. There is a Starbucks right across the street,…read moreso you can even be a tragic stereotype and grab a latte before going inside to shop for the latest iPhone. Which is exactly what I did. The employees at this store are friendly and attentive with the exception of one. Nick, you need to pick up your game a little :-/ The only problem I have with this store is that it has a poor wi-fi signal. Even the employees complain. I don't know how an AT&T store in the middle of downtown Huntington can't get better wi-fi.

I smiled at both of them, and they both just looked away. One of them came up to me at 4:11pm. Now, my issue that I came into the store with (I'm guessing) is a loose connection of the screen that is causing the bottom half inch of screen to flicker/mirror the top of the screen. She told me to go to CPR which will void my AppleCare. 5/10.

We were greeted outside by security who advised you could not take in lighters or e-cigarettes and masks were required. The building only had three aisles and was not big so this gave me a feeling of relief. Plus there was a maximum capacity of 46 which security was monitoring. First you stop at the registration table and provide a form of ID. You must sign a liability form and give it to the cashier at checkout. You also receive a buyer card that you can use the next time you shop. Everything was BOGO so we went for the $199 combo packs. My Dad picked one and I picked the other and we split the cost. My dad also purchased Snaps for the little ones. Plus we received a free firework for our purchase. The service was fast and friendly. I would recommend Phantom for all your fireworks needs!
