It was my first time bringing my rifle the lady at the counter and asked me what type of caliber I was shooting and what kind of ammo I said 5.56 green tip she notified me that the green tips were not allowed on the range so I purchased non-green tip 556 round from them and I proceeded to go to the pistol range after I was done at the pistol range I went to the counter and the lady requested I give her my green tip rounds as I was pulling my ammo out of the bag to give to her the manager, Gary Allen was very rude and was harassing me as I was giving it to her so I requested my money back on the ammo. This place is not friendly at all. I do not recommend spending your money here. I would take it to somewhere else like Center Mass in Livonia where they're friendly and they treat you like family. I don't know what's wrong with that guy that day, but that was very disrespectful and I will be taking my money elsewhere again stay away from this place. They are very unprofessional. I recently purchased a canopy at the Dearborn Heights, MI store and upon setting up for the first time, the corner seam ripped. When I worked for Dunham's we would have returned the defective product and dealt with the mfr. Now Dunham's just hands you (the customer) a phone number and says good luck dealing with the mfr. In today's customer centric retail world, that is not acceptable. If this is how Dunham's chooses to treat customers, I fear they are not going to remain competitive.

After a three hour ordeal with the border patrol on both sides, the gentleman at Dearborn Outdoor offered to store it for us while we finished the last leg of our family vacation. Our kids were so depressed when I mentioned we may have to change our plans. So grateful for the save!! PS Canada was great just don't try to bring a handgun for protection.
