We rented bikes for the first time up north, and this place was so wonderful. We came on over and they let us try electric bikes for the first time. They patiently taught us how to use them and let us ride around the parking lot to decide if we wanted those or regular bikes. We decided to try the e-bikes and away we went! They were super helpful, telling us the best paths to take and providing us with a map. Jeff, one of the employees, especially went above and beyond. We rented the bikes for 24 hours and therefore tried to load them in our car, but when we realized that there wasn't enough room, he took the bike rack off of his OWN car and attached it to ours. How sweet is that?! He brought out tools to do it quickly and then wished us a wonderful time. We would've guessed he was the owner by how above and beyond he went but nope -- just a man who is rocking his job. Thank you for a fun time! This establishment shamelessly took advantage of him, charging an outrageous $600 for items that would cost no more than $75-$100 at any other reputable shop. My father-in-law, who was traveling with us for a wedding, needed a bow tie and suspenders for a wedding that evening. Instead of being treated with the dignity and respect that any customer deserves, he was exploited like a desperate tourist. He told them that his son was getting married and that he had left his bow tie and suspenders back in Rochester MI. They laughed and joked that it would cost him but insisted he was in good hands. They were not kidding, about it costuhg him. They sold him suspenders that didn't even work with his pants, further highlighting their lack of integrity and customer care. They sold him cuff links that would have been maybe $50-60 at a men's warehouse which were not needed since his shirt had buttons in place already or optional slots for the cuff. They also talked him into buying much more expensive suspenders that didn't even work with his pants. Even as he checked out he nervously asked if the price was serious as it was over $600 and when he was told yes felt pressured into completing the transaction. It's disgraceful to see a business engage in such predatory practices, especially towards an elderly man in his 60s. This isn't just bad business; it's outright robbery. Shame on this store for their unethical behavior. I urge others to steer clear and take their business elsewhere. This store does not deserve your patronage. You guys are DISGUSTING! You should take back the two unused items at the least and he'll keep his $150 bow tie

Mind you this is after we had inquired at the front cashier about the possibility for talking to someone about frames. Which we were told to give her about "8 minutes" to get ready as she just got in. Which was super ok, nobody was in a rush. Back to being scolded when she noticed my wife and I standing there patiently, giving her a few more minutes to get ready for the day that the horrible treatment began. From that moment forward, my wife and I appeared to be a complete inconvenience to her morning and she literally offered no help at all.
