I had to wait several minutes and finally I was told that they needed to go through Medicare first and that they would have to check and see if I had purchased the machine and the mask through them previously. (Which they confirmed minutes later). They said they would put it through as fast as they can and it has been over two weeks and I have heard nothing from them. In the meantime, I just ordered it through Amazon at a MUCH cheaper price and and now I am getting reimbursed through my healthcare provider. I will try to avoid buying anything from them in the future.
