The staff provided have terrible work ethic, arnt able to complete basic job duties, and are not always the most honest about their working hours. Having staff use paper timesheets is archaic and untrustworthy. People working full time hours yet doing the worst work. If you use this agency for staffing, beware. If you are looking for work, you may want to rethink utilizing them for assistance.

The reviews hit the spot with the lack of professionalism. Even though this agency pays decent wages, they don't communicate with each other. Staffing Partners called me about a job in bookkeeping. When I spoke with Staffing Partners about being reassigned to another assignment, the staff said I quit. Which is not the case. When I went to the unemployment office and told them about this situation I showed the office the email I sent to Staffing Partners. No one responded. After about 3 weeks, Staffing Partners called me and placed me at a job that I have no experience in that field. Needless to say, the company let me go within 2 weeks. I question Staffing Partners if they understand my experience. I suspect they placed me at a job so that they will not get in trouble with the Unemployment Office. Go to other agencies that understand your needs. You do not want to develop a bad reputation due to Staffing Partners lack of professionalism.
