When I spoke with Barbara Guss, she said she will contact a law firm in Hawaii on my behalf. But she called me two months after the fact. I already got a job on my own. Aside from those ladies, I rarely get calls from them. Even if I did, a recruiter from the education section referred me to a remote part of the island. I tell them again and again that I don't have a car. They don't listen. In certain cases, I felt like they set me up for failure. I felt like I wasted my time with them. Pass.

Let me back it up there and go from the beginning. I wasn't looking at the time for another job, they found me. They told me about a great position that was right up my work experience. I went in and signed all the paperwork, they then forward my resume to the client. Went in for an interview a couple days later and got the position. However, unfortunately for me after 3 days there I came down with the flu. I was feeling like I was on deaths door.. I did everything I was supposed to do. Immediately called to let Source It know. I left voicemail ... you could hear it in my voice just how sick I was. I asked to be called back so that it was acknowledged. Nothing. No call back. Second day I was out I made sure to call again, got voicemail, left another message and said I was going to the doctors that day and would get a note. Asked to be called back. Nothing ... again Third day I called out, I again asked about the doctors note and if I could email it over to them. No reply ... nothing I emailed later that night because it's frustrating to not know what's going on. I FINALLY received a reply the very next day ... to sum it up in a few words ... sorry your sick but you don't have the job anymore. Mind you I was on prescribed medication that makes me sleepy ... but ah ... even if they had called they could've left a voicemail. And instead of CALLING ME BACK THE FIRST DAY I CALLED OUT to let me know that hey you have to be in regardless if your sick or you'll lose the job courtesy call ... they decided to do it 4 days later. Again I repeat .... nobody bothered to contact me after the numerous times I contacted them. It took them 4 effing days to get back to me. Not very professional at all. I wouldn't bother using them. They get 2 stars only because of the quick efficiency in placing me.
