I was able to find the shoes I wanted fairly quickly, but they were a little limited in my size (6-6.5). I think you can have them order different sizes and get them shipped to you. They have a rewards program where you can earn points. The shoes I went with were cheaper at DSW than on Amazon. Overall I like DSW and think they have a good selection of different styles. It's nice to be able to try stuff on in person, especially shoes. Parking in this area is a bit of a nightmare as the parking lot is always crowded and it's not laid out very well.

The brick and mortar stores are useful to come in and see the shoes, but if you have a wide, narrow, small or large size you're not going to go home with a pair of shoes from here. Since this is Western Michigan where there seems to be some sort of heavily enforced law that all salespeople be nice, the salespeople here are nice.
