This place used to be pretty decent but recently It's been so much worse. My friend's dunkalatte lacked the cold foam that we asked & paid for, my croissant that I asked to be untoasted ended up not only toasted, but burnt to a crisp so much it stank up my entire car with the smell of burnt bread. Although the food was atrocious, our drinks tasted very good & the lady at the drive through did end up apologizing for the wait on the food which I appreciated. My job is in fast food as well, so I can understand mistakes can be made & how draining it is to work in food service at any corporate business, but even with up to 8 employees on shift, it shouldn't be THAT difficult to follow instructions on any customer's order. read more

Flies everywhere! Came in to get a drink & flies were all over everything Gross. Need to keep donuts covered very unsanitary.

Friendly and courteous service and the coffee, muffins and doughnuts were delicious. We will stop by there again if in the area.

At the moment this Duncan is drive-through only. It's nearest Shell station and connected to a road runner convenient store so it's an easy one stop shop for a whole lot of activities. But you will have to drive through to pick them up. This is in July 2021. read more

Went through the drive thru just bc I didn't want to get out in the cold. It was about 9:00pm and I had ordered 1 dozen customized donuts on the mobile app. When I get to the window the girl tells me that one type that I ordered they didn't have so I had to change it to another kind (no big deal). First I want to say the donuts that were correct in my order, as always, we AWESOME! When I got home, after paying nearly $16 for 12 donuts, upon opening the box I find that there are several donuts that I didn't order. Thinking I may have messed up when ordering I checked my receipt AND my app. I wasn't the one that made the mistakes, it was the employee that filled my order. If they didn't have what I asked for I should have been told or did they have it and the employee just didn't care that I had taken the time to customize my order for a reason? The quality of the donuts is terrific but the quality of the employee that filled my order....not so much so. Just make sure that you double check your order before leaving so you get what you pay for and ENJOY!!!! read more

2nd time I've ordered a breakfast item from this location and left without the time. Both times I waited for 15 minutes only to be told only 1 oven was working. This place was just renovated and only 1 oven is working. Plus asking for a refund hurt their brain. So no refund, no breakfast just me being late to work again. Never going back. read more

Stopped here on a road trip. I had already been on the road for about 5 hours at this point and stopped at the adjoining gas station to replenish fuel and relieve myself. I stopped into Dunkin to get a quick bite and a coffee drink. The customer interaction was very poor. I wasn't greeted well at first. I was having a hard time deciding what I wanted to order and I felt very rushed when trying to decide. The cashier seemed like he had little knowledge of the menu options because I received very little help choosing my order. The food was decent. However, my bagels came with an approx. 8 oz of cream cheese per bagel. I don't know if Virginia is trying to compete with Philadelphia Cream Cheese or what... but the only saving grace was the cheap plastic cutlery that helped me scrape off the cheese to save my arteries. Overall, the customer service was very poor and the food was mediocre. The Cocoa Mocha Latte was on point tho. read more

We visited this location on 7/1/22 around 11 pm. The donuts & coffee were fresh, the service was quick, & the woman working the drive thru was thoughtful and polite. The coffee is AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS ! My taste buds are finally satisfied! The donuts are also VERY good! The donuts are rich and delicious! I usually get my coffee at Starbucks but Dunkin' is now the place I'll always get my coffee! Krispy Cream ain't got nothing on Dunkin'! Everyone should go here NOW because it's so so SO GOOD! Goodness, it's so good that you'll faint! My kids love the Halloween donuts a lot! My oldest loves the coffee as well! I suggest everyone goes here to get their morning coffee and donuts! Coffee is decent but the staff is rude. I ordered a venti cold brew. I usually go to Starbucks, so I had the Starbucks sizing on the brain. I was abruptly told "We are out of cold brew and I don't know what size that is." I apologized, mentioned my Starbucks brain, and tried again, this time ordering a LARGE iced coffee. I remained polite when the person on the other side of the speaker misheard my second/corrected order. Staffing is hard these days, I figured they were short handed and spread thin with lots going on. No biggie. Anyway, I get to the window and overheard the girl that took my order practically bragging to her coworker about how she knows what size a venti is but I guess she just wanted to put me in my place, or gets tired of folks ordering the wrong thing. Idk really. Anyway, service jobs can be hard...dealing with the public is challenging....my advice is to wait until the customer is out of earshot to blow off the steam if you need to. Oh, and don't make the mental gymnastics of ordering coffee in America any harder than it has to be, ya know...by forcing people to order it the way you want them to. If you know what they are saying the first time just take the order. Rudeness make your product less enjoyable. read more

It was not busy when we came in, though a line formed while we were there. My spouse asked for sugarfree syrup for his coffee but got full sugar. Several workers milled around without filling orders or doing any discernable work. It took 7 minutes before anyone started on my drink. My drink tasted as though someone prior had peppermint in their drink and the container had not been rinsed.Three people worked the drive in window with 2 standing with their backs to the customers talking to each other. They never waited on nor made eye contact with a customer. Obviously, not a good work ethic there and/or poor management. Don't waste your time and money. read more

Not a good place for coffee and food. First, I waited inside behind 3 customers. The drive thru was faster than inside. 12 customers passed in the drive thru before My turn inside. The staff was attending to drive thru customers better than those waiting inside. Second, They were out of bagels that I wanted. I ordered a different bagel but they prepared it wrong without the CC. Third, I ordered 4 drinks of which one of them was incorrect. I've been to this Dunkin many times over the years, and they usually aren't terrible. However, twice in the last two weeks, my drinks have had flies in them. Clearly, some sanitation measures are not being observed. In times like this, this is especially concerning. read more

On my lunch break I ran to Dunkin to surprise my friend with her favorite for her birthday. I ordered a bagel with strawberry cream cheese to the side. Super simple! And the guy who took my order even read it back to me, "Plain bagel, toasted with strawberry cream cheese to the side." When I pulled around, the girl in the window didn't look happy to be there at all and acted like she didn't want to do her job, as in, take my money and give me my change back... She handed me the bag and slammed the window shut and I drove off. Once I got back to work, my friend was disappointed to see they had put a big glob of the cream cheese right in the center of her bagel, didn't smear it around or anything had just put the glob down and that was it, when I clearly asked them to put it on the side! She doesn't like a whole lot of cream cheese, that's why she gets it to the side and I know for a fact Dunkin employees can give us the individual cup of strawberry cream cheese because we've done it before! I didn't have time to go back because my break was over. The past few times I've stopped by this place in the mornings, it's been awful. I think I'm just going to wait until the evening shift comes in before I order from this place again. I'd rather nicer people mess up my order, than snooty ones anyway. read more

Donuts have always been fresh, coffee is great, hot or iced. Sweet tea is the best. Tried breakfast sandwiches a couple of times, not very impressed but wasn't inedible. Great bagels. Drive thru always has been efficient and employees are always friendly and providing of great service. Would like to see more variety of muchkins. read more

Great coffee, fresh food and friendly service. Come here at least once every day sometimes twice a day and I always have a good experience. My favorite drink is a Large, Black, Dark Roast Iced Coffee with Pistachio. I also have fallen in love with their lemon filled, marble, and caramel square donuts. No need to go to some of the overpriced coffee shops in Abingdon when the coffee here is better, and with the drive thru you have your coffee in seconds. Don't hesitate to stop in! read more

My husband, me and two of our friends stopped by this location on 01/03/15.(9:45pm) We all had made our purchases and sat down and began eating our doughnuts. The next thing you know, "Ashley" based on her name tag, walked over to our table and said "We will be closing at 10pm". (We were under the impression they were open 24 hours and two other couples were in the lobby as well) We had planned on finishing our last three bites of our doughnuts and she came back over to our table and yelled " YOU NEED TO GET OUT, NOW" and laughed. I have never experienced such rude, unprofessional, obnoxious behavior at a place of business towards paying customers. I think this location needs to seriously revaluate "Ashley". If I was the Franchise owner, "Ashley" would be seeking employment elsewhere. I will NEVER spend a dime at this Dunkin' Donuts location again. read more
