Milky Caramel Craze Iced Latte

Unfortunately, every time I have visited this Dunkin, I am incredibly disappointed. I am once again full of regret for spending my hard earned money here. This time, I ordered two iced caramel craze lattes for my sister and I. I have ordered this at other locations and it's been great. We had to wait at the window, not super long, but still longer than other locations. The cashier was very polite, no complaints there. But, they handed us the lattes and they kinda looked like big cups of straight up milk with ice. We tasted it and we thought "maybe they forgot to add the coffee??" It tasted like slightly sour milk with sweetener added. Obviously it must have had a tad bit of coffee, but it was very hard to tell. Very bummed out at the waste of money, because who in their right minds would sit there and drink a cup of sweet iced milk? I have been here a couple other times before today and remember being disappointed in my drinks as well. Maybe there needs to be more training on how to make the drinks? I'm not trying to sound like a Karen, but it's just kind of messed up.

Why isn't this stirred?

I am livid! I placed my mobile order because it was a lot and I knew it would take too long if I when thru the drive through. I came into the establishment to pick up my order. Problem #1: My drinks were wrong. I told the young man who was nice that they are all supposed to have sweet cold foam on them. He changed it with no problem. Problem #2: They lady who seemed to be a manager. Came to me to say that they didn't have croissants. I was confused, I told her I didn't have a croissant. She continued to explain that what I ordered came with a croissant. I said no ma'am this is what I ordered (showed her my phone). She apologized and stated I was corrected. Problem #3: she brought my bag and all my food wasn't there. I ordered two sourdough breakfast sandwiches. The young man went to tell her that she missed my sandwiches. Now, I have to wait an even larger time. Problem #4: I have breakfast sandwiches and bagels so I would like some jelly and cream cheese. I asked for it and the lady gets an attitude stating, "she can get the jelly but she has to pay for the cream cheese!". I'm like lady, first of all I just spent over $40 here, I don't have a problem paying for cream cheese, I'm just ready to go! You messed up my order 3 TIMES and you have an attitude!! I WENT STRAIGHT TO KROGER AND PURCHASED MY OWN CREAM CHEESE! Worst customer service from management. Ma'am You got it wrong and took it out on me! Unacceptable! A young lady that was there apologized for it because it's obvious she understood! She should be a manager.

Iced caramel craze signature latte (milk)

Ordered a latte and got a huge cup filled with milk. Waste of money.. Would NOT recommended this dunkin for your coffee needs.

Drive thru BR 1/18/2020 Can't read the flavors though

I had to search Dunkin' to find Baskin Robbins. It was about 7pm and we went through the drive thru for my wife who wanted some ice cream. We could not see the flavors being offered. So she went with something she had ordered before: a double scoop of pralines and cream in a cup! I wasn't in the mood for any ice cream, so I inquired about cookies. They only had white macadamia nut, chocolate chip and peanut butter/chocolate chip. Being that I don't prefer any of those, I didn't get any cookies.

customer who order via the dd dev app can merge straight into the line for the pickup window

We bought munkin last Sunday, they were hard cold and slimy, I think they took them from the refrigerator. We had to throw them out.

Happy Day! My order was completely correct-unsweet tea and jelly donut! Just like it was ordered and requested on the mobile app.

The whiskey road location is always low on doughnuts. Got a cappicino and it was coffee. I won't be going to this location anymore.

I'm not a huge fan of DD. Parking is strange with it adjoining five guys, and the drive thru is weird.

Definitely a spot you want to hang out and snap pics in. Now the donuts... SO good. The hot mini donuts were fresh, soft, and covered in powdered sugar perfection . The loaded funnel cake with cookies, chocolate drizzle, and powdered sugar was over-the-top in the best way -- sweet, crunchy, and totally worth it . Everything tasted fresh and made with care, and the presentation alone had me excited before the first bite. If you're craving something sweet and fun, this is definitely a must-stop spot! Catch them at Soda City or storefronts in Cola.

BIG donuts in the case of the available flavors. It was bright, cheerful, and smelling like a donut heaven! There's plenty of seating, tons of cute photo ops, and their décor made the whole space feel welcoming. We went with the Split Decisions minis (half Butter Pecan, half Snickers) and grabbed two lemonades--Passion Peach and Tropical Island. The donuts were beyond good: hot, fluffy, and packed with flavor. The lemonades were delicious on their own, but mixing the two flavors together was pure perfection. Parking was easy and right out front, which is always a plus! Three happy customers were left with cravings satisfied and smiling--we'll definitely be back!

Holy moly. TOP TIER DONUTS. I saw from other reviews that you should get there early to get stuff…read morebecause they run out fast, so I got there at 6am and thank god I did. Literally some of the best donuts i've everrrrr had. Worker was very sweet and explained to me that they filled the donuts to order, so I could get whatever I wanted. Yess!!! Also very cute interior (loved the decorations). You need to try these!!! You'll never regret it..

Where we learned that the whole block was out of power, but they still had their donuts and all... I'm not proud, and my pancreas may never forgive me, but I regret nothing. I was thinking that a donut would be nice. And then I saw the maple bacon twist, so I ordered it. And then my Bride asked "is that an apple fritter?" and the nice young lady behind the counter said "yes, and we also have PEACH!" So we ordered one of those. And then she pointed out the pistachio donut, so I *had* to order that. And then my Bride saw the crème brûlée donut and that completed the order. We paid in cash- I got complimented on my old school coin purse- and repaired to the picnic table outside, where we split each of our treasures in half. And then we ate them all, like the feral little goblins we are. The pistachio donut was not particularly pistachio-y, but was a good frosted donut and had adorable autumn-themed sprinkles on it. The peach fritter was delicious- exactly what I imagined it would taste like. The maple bacon twist was a textbook example of the style, and could only have been improved by putting the maple and bacon toppings on an eclair instead of a cake. (Hint, hint.) The star of the meal was the crème brûlée donut. One of the young ladies piped it full of cream right before she packed it, so it didn't have time to get soggy. Epic donut filled with delicious cream- not some custard goo - and topped with a burnt sugar crust. I will never come back to Augusta without going back to Belair Donuts, and will honestly consider making any trip south from Virginia pass through here just to stop and get another one of those. And as we finished our feast, the lights came back on. Never underestimate the power of great donuts! Literally the best $11.88 (tax included) we've spent this month. (Military discount is available from this veteran-owned business.) We're looking forward to going back tomorrow to see how the kolaches and breakfast burritos are! And to see if they have any more crème brûlée donuts... Edited to add: Breakfast today was sausage, egg and cheese burritos in jalapeño wraps, and we split a cheese kolache and a crème brûlée donut with pumpkin cream cheese filling (small upcharge). Which is actually pumpkin and cream cheese, not just pumpkin spice flavored. 10/10, no notes. The kolache reminds me of my babcia's cooking, and the burritos were plump, hot, and delicious. $17.46 for the whole thing! Tomorrow morning we'll get the bacon egg and cheese, just to round out the collection. Final edit. Bacon egg and cheese burritos were delicious, but I honestly think I liked the overall flavour of the sausage one better. The cream cheese puff (we added the pumpkin cream cheese filling to this one, too!) was remarkable! It has cream cheese in the end opposite the filling hole, so if you're sharing like we did, cut it lengthwise. Which we did! (The little donut voice in my head ftw!) Looking forward to going home, so our next visit comes that much sooner!
