Unfortunately, every time I have visited this Dunkin, I am incredibly disappointed. I am once again full of regret for spending my hard earned money here. This time, I ordered two iced caramel craze lattes for my sister and I. I have ordered this at other locations and it's been great. We had to wait at the window, not super long, but still longer than other locations. The cashier was very polite, no complaints there. But, they handed us the lattes and they kinda looked like big cups of straight up milk with ice. We tasted it and we thought "maybe they forgot to add the coffee??" It tasted like slightly sour milk with sweetener added. Obviously it must have had a tad bit of coffee, but it was very hard to tell. Very bummed out at the waste of money, because who in their right minds would sit there and drink a cup of sweet iced milk? I have been here a couple other times before today and remember being disappointed in my drinks as well. Maybe there needs to be more training on how to make the drinks? I'm not trying to sound like a Karen, but it's just kind of messed up. read more

I am livid! I placed my mobile order because it was a lot and I knew it would take too long if I when thru the drive through. I came into the establishment to pick up my order. Problem #1: My drinks were wrong. I told the young man who was nice that they are all supposed to have sweet cold foam on them. He changed it with no problem. Problem #2: They lady who seemed to be a manager. Came to me to say that they didn't have croissants. I was confused, I told her I didn't have a croissant. She continued to explain that what I ordered came with a croissant. I said no ma'am this is what I ordered (showed her my phone). She apologized and stated I was corrected. Problem #3: she brought my bag and all my food wasn't there. I ordered two sourdough breakfast sandwiches. The young man went to tell her that she missed my sandwiches. Now, I have to wait an even larger time. Problem #4: I have breakfast sandwiches and bagels so I would like some jelly and cream cheese. I asked for it and the lady gets an attitude stating, "she can get the jelly but she has to pay for the cream cheese!". I'm like lady, first of all I just spent over $40 here, I don't have a problem paying for cream cheese, I'm just ready to go! You messed up my order 3 TIMES and you have an attitude!! I WENT STRAIGHT TO KROGER AND PURCHASED MY OWN CREAM CHEESE! Worst customer service from management. Ma'am You got it wrong and took it out on me! Unacceptable! My food was fine, I come here at the least once a week since it is on my route to work and I think a lot of the items are pretty reasonably priced. Today when I pulled up to the window I realized I was a dollar and some change short on the cash I had with me so I used the spare change I had in the car to make up the remaining total. The girl working the window immediately slammed the window so she could start making fun of me for using coins and joking and laughing about it. She was younger and I have never seen her before so maybe she was just new and uneducated on how to handle the situation but I found it extremely rude and disheartening. Unfortunately in this economy people are going to have to use coins to pay sometimes which is part of the job when you work a window job like that. If the people they are hiring are unable to do the job without being snotty I don't think they should be the face you see at the checkout window but I digress. I will probably be back because my other experiences have been okay but this really upset me. read more

So she went with something she had ordered before: a double scoop of pralines and cream in a cup! I wasn't in the mood for any ice cream, so I inquired about cookies. This location. I can't imagine it getting worse since my last review, but here we are. Arriving at the drive through at 8:45pm, there was one car in front of us and two cars behind us. The car in front of us gave up and pulled out, and we moved up. No one would answer us at the intercom, so after 5 minutes, we pulled around to the window. The employees were chit-chatting with their backs to us, so I knocked on the window. I heard the girl actually mutter "oh my gawd" in a tone that would make you want to jump through that little window and maybe ask her to repeat herself. Really? If the store closes at 9pm and there is some sort of dilemma, let the customers know. No problem. If you're just too lazy to take care of the last customers of the evening, then maybe you need to be fired. The "customer service" in this location really sucks. EXCEPT for the awesome girl whom I've only ever seen in the morning. She acts like she is walking on sunshine and makes you feel happy to be alive. This was my very first visit to this Dunkin location. The staff was extremely friendly and there was essentially no wait time HOWEVER I believe the focus was primarily on moving swiftly and not accurately because I have NO IDEA what I just sipped. I ordered a frozen caramel coffee with whipped cream and extra caramel drizzle. When I received my order, there was cinnamon on top and I asked about it...I was told it was to make it fancy. Really sweet of the staff but there was no drizzle, no caramel flavor and this coffee is not good. Not the way I intended to start my morning. Great customer service none the less. Went to the local Dunkin' Donuts/Baskin Robbins this evening. Only one person working behind the counter. No greeting or acknowledgement upon entering the premises. Picked up a pre-packed quart of ice cream then stood @ the counter waiting for service. One customer was having a milk shake made. Girl never spoke or noticed I was standing at the register. Waited several minutes, then put the quart back in the freezer and left. Your employee has not customer service skills & should be trained on how to wait on customers. Piss poor service. Never even got to food...at 0955 I enter the store on Whiskey Rd. At least four twenty somethings were on the right serving exactly one drive thru car. One gal at register loading ONE munchkin at s time for a man whi could not stand still. I wait. I wait more. 3 minutes later I am still waiting hearing the loud, obnoxious voice of the white female with one front tooth and a mouth full of rotted teeth. The entire time she had been insulting the appearance of the car drivers. I asked her fellow worker if she could get me a coffee and donut. The rude woman with bad teeth (shocking to see and at a food place too) butts in and starts lecturing me (I am 61 years old, great shape, no wimp) about "we are on line and we don't have a register and she needs to do it" referring to the cashier endlessly loading munchkins. Three employees standing around yakking staring right at me, doing nothing to take my order. This nasty, snotty, arrogant employee could not have been more unprofessional. Went for some icecream one evening around 6:40 and they were closing at 7 and waited forever people were in front of us that had already been waited on. We sat at the ordering sign for 10 minutes and then a worker walks out and says we are closed we closed at 7 and I don't care what your time says. It was not 7 yet but she lost our business. Visited this shop first time today and will likely avoid it. Asked for a dozen donuts; gal puts on fresh glove on one hand THEN asks me to pay. I thought that was strange, but obliged and paid cash. She takes my cash with gloved hand and puts it in the register and gives me my change. I tell her she now needs to put on a NEW glove, and instead of "sorry...." she says in an unemotional drone "I know that". These people are the front of the house, they are the FACE of your BUSINESS. If they do this in front of customers, what are they doing in the back?! I caught the manager outside and she seemed shocked, but didn't go out of her way to say much to make me want to come back. Wow. Just wow. I went in to get my usual medium hot coffee with just milk. The server handed me a coffee and I took a sip from it and it tasted like water. I asked her to get me a new cup of coffee and she did it while huffing and puffing. The new cup of coffee was filled with cream so I asked for a new one. Another server came over and started yelling at me. I told her the situation and she handed me a new cup of coffee while I watched her pour from the same pot of watered down coffee. I told her it was the same pot and she yelled at me too saying that I didn't know what I was talking about. Finally, they handed me a new cup of coffee that tasted just fine. After three cups of coffee and two angry servers I finally got what I paid for. This establishment is poorly managed. I was a concerned customer notifying them that their coffee tasted like water. Last weekend, I drove up to the drive through and this is how I was greeted, "What do you want?" Not, "May I help you?" or "Hi, what can I get for you?" but, "what do you want?" Wow. I told the girl what I wanted and then she said, "Pull forward." She did not tell me how much it was or anything. Then, I get to the window and I see about 3 workers gathered up and talking and laughing. They finally open the window and I had to ask what the price was. I got my order, which was wrong, and the boston creme donuts were upside down in the bag, so the chocolate was all over the place. This place hasn't gotten my coffee right in months. I ALWAYS have to hand it back, not exaggerating. It's not a difficult order: iced coffee with cream and sugar. And they never put any sugar in it, only a little bit of cream. When I have 2 or 3 different coffees they always give me either the wrong sizes or they'll be hot when I asked for iced or iced when I asked for hot. Seriously, I get that mistakes happen, but I go a few times a week and my order hasn't been correct since I don't even know when. And when I say "this one was supposed to be a medium" or "could I get some more sugar in this," they have the nerve to give me an attitude, give me a look, and not say anything to me as they fix their mistake. read more
