1 star only because I have to. I've tried this Dunkin many times over the years. My past three visits have consistently included extremely slow ticket times (at least 12 minutes for a drink), filthy dining room, and unprofessional employees. Mind you my visits are all before 6:30 AM. During my last visit the manager took an order outside, handed it to the customer and took a long walk into the building so she could vape. Under no circumstance will I patronize this Dunkin ever again. It's not worth the aggravation or potential health hazard from lack of cleanliness. If you need a hot drink or breakfast sandwich any local gas station is a much better option. read more

We came in the morning for bagel sandwiches. There were 2 doordash guys leaning into the counter. We were waiting for our order. The orders are all put on the counter. It is up to the customer to find their correct order. The doordasher grabbed his bag and our bag too. Went outside. Came back in and said he was missing something. We said he had our bag. He reached into it with his bare hands and opened our wrappers. The employee said nothing. My husband grabbed it and sat down. Everything was cold. DD receipts print out a number on the receipt and a corresponding one on the bag. Why doesn't management utilize these numbers and call them out to the people waiting for orders. It would prevent a burly dirty guy from putting his bare hands on my food! Think about this suggestion!!! read more

Served me a totally burnt avocado toast- see photos I always get a different price for the same avocado toast order every time I go. They usually put a whole egg on the avocado toast when I request one but sometimes they cut it up into tiny pieces which I thought was strange. Inconsistent with price and product served. And with all of the reviews stating how dirty it is, I plan to drive to the Dunkin' in Moon Township instead of this location. read more

I normally am sad mad about this Dunkin' but lately they have stepped up their game! I went in to order some breakfast to take home and everyone working was great. I ordered two doughnut holes, avocado toast, and a sandwich. Everything came out right, hot, and correct. I asked for a water after and go a huge glass with ice. I also got on my receipt a free doughnut if I bought a drink after doing a short survey. I ended up going back in two days and had a new refresher! read more

We went through the drive thru, 2 mobile orders and one placed in drive thru. When we got to the window they handed us only 2 of 3 drinks, one of the drinks was completely wrong, they forgot the munchkins for one order, and for another order 2 orders of hashbrowns were ordered and they only gave us one and the other bag was empty. When we brought this up to the General manager who was working the window, he said the hashbrowns fell out into the larger bag but they weren't there at all. He was not a nice person at all and was running around doing nothing. read more

Somebody gave this place 2 stars. They must have been having a bad day. I live right across the street from them. I have interacted with them about 3 times a week. This is July 2024. There staff is excellen, kind and professional. if I owned a DD, I would want this exact same staff. I have never had anything bad from this place, not even a mistake! I too am a business owner! This crew held tight through the COVID epidemi. they probably do over a thousand cars a day in the drive through and they are very very efficient! The same people are here day in and day out! Our feet stuck to the floor when we walked, garbage cans were overflowing, we couldn't find a clean table, the bathroom toilet and floor were dirty. we had too get a key from someone to use it. The service at this DD was always pathetic... But since moving service to the drive-through only, it has become a complete joke. Picking up my morning coffee can take upwards of 35 minutes. Pedestrians attempt to use the drive-through and will jump in front of cars. Completely unsafe, unprofessional, and slow. read more

This place has gone downhill so fast since the manager got promoted. Summertime was so nice it walk was fully staffed and and I was regular so they all knew what I wanted and how I liked my iced latte now you're paying for extra espresso and mocha and you don't get extra stuff ever. It's like drinking a glass of milk and they are so incredibly slow. Omg waiting 30 to 40 minutes to be waited on and for 1 drink to be made is ridiculous, they need someone in here to manage this place right or it's going to close up real fast I for one don't come here every day anymore tired of paying for a signature latte that is never correct and at $7.08 a drink when I could stay at home and drink a glass of milk if that's what I wanted. I bought my own coffee grinder and espresso machine I'll just make my own. Blood everywhere although the manager claims it's red food coloring but when I bit into the donut it tasted like blood. You can see fingerprints all over the box and cup which tells me they weren't wearing gloves. I'm traumatized. Don't go here! read more

Tried to get a frozen coffee this morning and there was way too much coffee syrup added where it tasted sour and acidic, undrinkable. So I went back and asked for them to fix it and they gave us the same thing again. I never have this issue at any other Dunkin'. I'm done going this location. read more

1 Star is for the staff and coffee. My bigger complaint is with the absentee franchisee/operator. This location has a FILTHY bathroom and service area where they provide the donuts customers. I'm from the Aliquippa area and seeing how filthy and slippery the place was being kept was very disappointing. I really love this dunkin donuts location. The associates are always very friendly and the inside dining area is bright and clean. It's probably the only dunkin donuts I've been in that is extremely nice inside. I am a breakfast regular, turkey sausage and egg on a flatbread and a large black iced coffee is my go to! My coffee is always fresh and delicious and the breakfast sandwich is hot and fresh as well. The only downside about this place is the drive-thru. Sometimes it's very quick and other times, you can be waiting 15 minutes to get your stuff. I guess it all depends on how busy they are. For that reason, I do have to deduct a star from the review. read more

I went through drive through and the guy got smart with me at the window and I told him he shouldn't b in customer service if he can not deal with the public. The donuts are always fresh and if you go inside you can usually get pretty quick service, but forget about going through the drive through if you're in any sort of a hurry because you're going to be waiting a while. We were so happy when this location opened. The store itself welcoming with lots of places to get comfortable and stay awhile. They offer free wifi. Unfortunately, every time I stop in, the donut display is 75% empty--no matter what time of the day. The counter staff is rude, and customers waiting to order are frequently ignored. Today's visit will definitely be my last. My donuts were chucked into the bag with no dividers so everything became chocolate inside. The woman after me ordered an Oreo drink that was advertised on their sign outside as well as pictured on their window. The cashier told her that he didn't know what she was talking about. The customer tried to explain what it was, and he eventually figured it out. After she left, the entire counter staff began talking loudly about what a "bitch" the woman had been. Everyone in the dining room could hear them. At least two families left in disgust before I did. It was completely inappropriate to be complaining and using foul language in front of other customers. I saw no point in complaining to the manager since it appeared everyone was in on the conversation. My mother has tried to contact corporate through the website, and never got a response. Maybe if they see complaints here, it will make a difference. My family won't be back to this store. read more

Do NOT go to this Dunkin' Donuts on a Friday night around 6:30pm. The "supposed" manager was disgustingly rude and treated us terribly. I ordered the exact same drink a small iced coffee with a caramel flavor shot, like I do about 3 times a week, and it tasted like dirty water. I drove back through the drive through to see if something could be added or if my drink could be remade. The "manager", that has absolutely no customer service skills, states that I ordered the drink and what do I want her to do about it. Wow! Then just stares. I asked for the manager and she said she is. My jaw dropped. I asked for a new drink. She begins making the drink then walks away out of sight. Hmm why would she do that?
