I'm not a big Starbuck fan, but occasionally I partake in one of their coffees. On Saturday morning, I stopped in and ordered a Hot Grande Caramel Macchiato. They seemed very busy, and I waited a while standing in front of the register before someone took my order. The cashier was all business, and wasn't really friendly or personable. After some time, I noticed that my drink was sitting on the counter, but nobody bothered to call my name. I didn't really like the vibe of this place ... and the coffee wasn't very tasty either ... meh! read more

I visited this Starbucks for the first time today because a lemonade and cake pop always do the trick when I'm having a rough day. I love how easy ordering is in the app but I hate that when my gift card is too low to pay for the whole thing, I have to reload it rather than split the payment. I cannot speak to the indoor ambiance but the drive through at this location is quite tight and there's no way to get out of line once you turn the corner. This isn't the best set up for someone who has a touch of anxiety. As for my order, both the lemonade and cake pop were fantastic. Absolutely no complaints. I was in the need for a caffeine fix and this was the nearest Starbucks to my location. I also needed to get the new Wicked metal card that just came out. The staff where friendly and very helpful. I ordered a venti latte. It was made perfectly and came out very fast. If I was in the area I would go here again. read more

Staff was super friendly and service was extremely fast. My drink was well made but it had an excessive amount of ice.

Ordered a couple drinks from their drive thru. Drinks were okay, but you need to remember to put on those heat sleeves, especially when someone orders a drink extra hot. Or to put the sugar asked for in the latte that's ordered. It's called attention to detail. read more

What can I say, it's Starbucks. The food and coffee are no different than any other location, but this gets 4 stars because of the service. I primarily use the drive thru and have never jad a long wait. Usually the same person is always working the window, didn't catch her name but she's always friendly and chipper. Came for a quick frapp! I always order the caramel ribbon crunch frapp. I was sad they didn't have the crunch topping for my drink, but oh well, it happens more often then not. The service was very quick. I was just disappointed that my drink also seemed watery as soon as I had gotten it. It wasn't icy/frothy at all like it normally is. My fiancé also stated his was that way before I had even said anything to him! He beat me to it haha. I'll be back but would hope for improvement! read more

This is a brand-new Starbucks built on land that was once a gas station. It is convenient to the Bridgeville I79 interchange. My first experience here was on par with what you expect at Starbucks. Good tasting coffee and pleasant interaction with the baristas. They also have a drive thru. The place is so new you can still get a whiff of the stuff used to affix the tile to the floor and walls. read more

It's typical Starbucks here in busy Bridgeville. The employees here are kind and always happy to see us in the drive-thru. That is, when they are open. They often will just make up their own hours and tape it to the door. On multiple occasions we will show up at 1pm on a Tuesday and it is closed, no questions asked, no warning. It's frustrating, so you have to make sure to check the Starbucks App before going. read more

The employees here are always helpful and nice but I only know this because it seems very time I place a mobile order here something is wrong. Drive through here is much more efficient. There is no mobile order pickup spot and I've sometimes seen my order sitting on the back counter behind the bar. read more

I used to work at a Starbucks so my standards are pretty high when it comes to customer service. This place was SO GREAT! I came here to meet a client, who texted me that they'd like a chai tea latte. I ordered a hot chai tea latte and then received a text from said client clarifying that she'd like her drink iced. I went back up to order an iced chai latte and the barista insisted on voiding my drink mistake! It was the kindest thing! Everyone was so friendly and no one begrudged me my mistake. Friendly baristas abound at this quaint little Starbucks that sits off the Bridgeville exit of 79. The building is half Starbucks and the other half is Chipotle. Every Batista is welcoming as you enter, a clean comfortable store that thankfully lacks the "industrial" look Starbucks went through four or five years back. Bright and airy, and a comfortable atmosphere, this SBUX could be one of my favorites in the area. read more

The food,coffee, and service are no better or worse than any other Starbucks. It's very good, the service is good - standard Starbucks fare. However.. that parking lot... especially on a late weekend morning? I live in Maine the last 5 and a half years, and I never thought I'd see a Starbucks parking lot that was a bigger Clusterfuck than the one in Bangor, ME. On some days you can't even get in the parking lot because the drive-thru line is all backed up to the entrance and beyond. And God forbid you parked in one of the spots, you gotta wait for the drive-thru line to subside to leave (or hope someone is considerate enough to let you out - good luck with that!) The problem was that if you wanted to go to a full-service Starbucks, and not Target, it was the only Starbucks for about 55 miles. But the ubiquity of Starbucks in the South Hills means I never have to sit in this parking lot and wait for 4 iterations of a traffic light to exit. You have people tryna leave the drive through, people tryna leave their parking spaces, and people coming in with nowhere to go because people who have their orders and want to leave can't really do so with the congestion created by that traffic light that is an interchange for like 3 major roadways, the least major of which is the place you're trying to exit (and hence the shortest light.) Now add that as of this posting, there is construction going on in that area, and it's enough to make me not go there. That said, I brought my car to Monro next door for an inspection, and I went. This may be the best store in the region. It is clean (no fly problem in warm months so far, unlike other stores). They also brew bold/dark a bit longer after noon (awesome: the later the better, or else you have to risk a pour over by staff that in some locations can't do one to save their life). The ambiance is free of club music, unlike many Starbucks now. The only gripes I have is that they are not open late (close by 9 on every night but Friday--10), and that they may be reluctant to deal with customers who are imposing the cost on other customers of blaring electronic noise across the lobby (or from their kids, same problem). I'll give them a mulligan on that last item if it doesn't persist (else will start subtracting stars). read more
