I just want to let you know that. I went to the Ames, Barry Duncan. Donut yesterday. I ordered a bagel and a coffee, and I ended up with 2 covers on my coffees. My, coffee all over me and the girl I gave her a tip never said thank you nothing what. Coffee was stone cold and wouldn't replace. Always out of everything. They need to bake more and hire more staff.

This is my favorite Dunkin' in the area. It's right on my way to work so I come here a lot. The building is really clean and the service is excellent. The kindness of the staff always helps me start my day off right. read more

Ordered ahead for a walk in pick up. Upon arrival only 1 drink was completed. I waited 10 more minutes.. still nothing with my ticket still sitting on the counter. 10 more minutes pass and I mentioned that I was still waiting for my order. my drinks were completed but took another 15 for a sandwich and having to ask again about my order. 35 minutes for something that should of been completed when i arrived. great job dunks! read more

Time to make the *fresh* donuts. Their donuts are always stale, the coffee is burnt, the trash cans are overflowing, and the cashier confirmed they just don't care. This place is only still in business under the Dunkin' name and would be closed down as a stand alone. I'd recommend going down the street. read more

The company is so concerned about the timer for the drive through they ignore people inside. I use to work at a dunkin donuts and I know the company stresses the timer for the drive through but it's absolutely ridiculous and I don't agree with that. But waiting over 5 minutes when there is literally no one else inside and have two of the employees see you and look at you but not communicate that someone is up front is bad. The woman who did serve me though was very friendly and made my drink correct which is the only reason why I would give this corporation 2 stars. read more

I usually have trouble with this place when it comes to getting my coffee right. They never do it right and always have to redo it 2 or 3 times, it gets really aggravating especially when you are in a rush and just trying to get some coffee throughout the day. I'm not bashing on any of the trainees since they are new, this mostly happens with people I have seen over the course of the past months. The bathroom is clean which is a positive, they also let delinquents hangout here at night time when we come out here to get some food and a tea at night. They sat there causing a ruckus, knocking stuff over and being loud and disturbing the customers coming through. read more

Absolutely disgusting the workers are rude and give me attitude every time I come here one time I ordered a cake batter latte and he repeats it back as "cake batter freaking latte" and it was made totally wrong too I may add and then my sister goes there and they are rude again yelling at her with a rude tone of voice asking her what she wants when she said it 3 times. There's no need to be aggressive and mean to your costumers that are paying you to do your job management needs to do something about that kid that was very rude to me when all I wanted was a coffee y'all have one job and it's not hard. read more

I know. A one-star review for a fast food restaurant? Doesn't seem fair. I love DD. It's that safe bet while your on the road. I was w/2 other families between soccer games when we popped in here for a quick bite between games. There were only two parties ahead of us, but it took 15 of waiting to place our orders. Our girls waited another 10 minutes to get their food, and out of 5 items they forgot two of them. After the girls said something, they replaced the two items. However one of the items was still frozen solid in the middle. Every restaurant has a bad day, but this was poor from beginning to end. read more

Very nice, newer Dunkin Donuts with a capacity to handle a Sunday morning rush at the drive thru window. Their inventory of donuts seems to be high as nothing that we wanted was out of stock. We ordered several customized items and then the same item standard and they didn't mess up at all even though the drive thru must of had 15 cars in it. Only drawback is that when you leave you can't make a left to head east towards the beaches or I95 but instead you have to make a right and find a legal place to turn around which is a good distance down the road. read more

The one with the pink hair and the wigs is always extremely rude to me, wether it's complaining about my order or just speaking to me extremely rudely. This morning I went to simply get my food that she made fixed the attitude was unbelievable. I understand it's early in the morning but that is no reason to be straight out rude for no reason. It took me 4 times to say excuse me loudly after she had seen me to get help, as there were no orders at the time... I come here everyday. They are always so nice. Not just a hand you your correct change with a smile nice.. It's more of a they actually enjoy life kind of nice. They also get my complicated order perfect every time! Anyways. "not jake" even busted out some trick moves when passing me my coffee this morning. Mind you I haven't had my coffee yet..so I just kind of open mouth gawked at the kid in amazement. After a full day of shoveling, all I wanted was an iced coffee for my hour drive to work. Their machines were down thus they were limited on what they were able to make, so one would assume an iced coffee was safe to get. I ordered an iced medium coconut cold brew, extra milk and regular sugar. Get to the window, pay and am handed a black iced coffee with extra sugar = wrong. I asked for extra milk to be added. I'm handed the drink again. This time with no sugar and very little milk = wrong. Again, I repeat my order and am handed an iced coffee with no sugar and even less milk = WRONG At this point, I just want to get on the road so I take it but have to wait AGAIN because I wasn't given a straw. I wait a minute longer before being acknowledged, get the straw, pull off and sip my coffee ... it's not coconut. Dunks, your employees are very nice. But "very nice" isn't going to get you by in the world. Please take the $3.52 I gave you and put it toward effectively training your staff to take (and make) adequate orders. read more

Get your environmental act together. I don't know whether it's just DD corporate policy or just this franchise's anti-environmental policies, but I tried to purchase an iced tea and have them fill in my bring-your-own cup. They said they couldn't as its against policy, sanitation etc. However when I pointed to the refillable DD branded cups they sell and asked if they would fill those they said yes. Makes no sense. I also asked if they recycled their cups and they said no. Fed up with the stupidity I walked out without buying anything. read more

I have never gone and had my order done right. Bagels always burnt. Decaf is made as normal caffeinated. I ask for one pump of pumpkin swirl and they give me three. One time I went in and ordered a bagel and payed. And the girl said oh I'm so sorry we are actually out of plain. And asked if I wanted a muffin instead. I said I was allergic to the muffins and just asked for my money back. The girl was very nice about it. In the middle the manager/older employee (I'm not really sure which) stormed out and started yelling at me telling me that because I have food allergies I shouldn't order anything from dunks. And I explained to her that I can have the plain bagels they just are all out. She kept yelling at me telling me I shouldn't ever order food from here. I was very upset, because it's up to my discretion to decide if it's safe to eat something. Dunkin' Donuts doesn't use my allergen in their bagels so I can have them. If she was concerned about me getting sick she could have gone about it a much nicer way but I can ordered whatever I want. This whole situation rubbed me the wrong way. I think I'm going to start going to a different Dunkin' Donuts because the customer service is horrible and they never make anything the way you ask!! read more

The product is the same as any other d&d so that's good. The only issue is the service in the drive through. I'm a regular customer in the morning and I'm there five days a week. They get my order correct at least once a week. There seems to be a disconnect between the order taker and everyone else. When I order, the order taker repeats exactly what I wanted but when I get to the window it has changed for some reason. The worst is when they ask me to move down to the next window, something that is not often done. It's like a no mans land there, like they forget about you. Of course they apologize for the delay but how many times can they apologize before it just does not mean anything. Good thing is there are a couple more d&d's around so I will modify my morning commute and try somewhere else. read more

Ordered a large peach iced tea with lemon and we got a large iced tea with no peach flavor and no lemon, asked for 2 bagels with cream cheese ON IT and they couldn't even do that. The bagels were also burnt to a crisp. Simple order and it was so wrong. read more

Used to be better. In 2 weeks I have returned my iced latte twice. It was horrible. I only have coffe once or twice a week and both times I have to wait on the second window , for just an Iced latte.
